Although the sale of our cottage seemed to take such a long time from an early offer accepted to exchange, we reached our goal at last and were helped every step of the way by the team at Fox Grant. Charlotte was always there for us, coaxing and encouraging in a very professional way. We really felt looked after and would recommend Fox Grant unreservedly.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that our home took a while to sell, this due to Brexit and the pandemic but the team kept up the momentum throughout. We found William and his team to be consistently attentive, available and professional in all their dealings with us. It is clear they have much experience in this specialist area of the market and we felt in safe hands. William with his unique style, navigated a way to a satisfactory conclusion for us. If, like us, you have a much loved unique house with grounds we can highly recommend William and his team to you.

We recently sold our farmhouse through Fox Grant. We were recommended to use them because of their vast experience of selling rural properties.
Throughout the whole process we have been impressed by their honest approach and straightforward professionalism. William and Charlotte gave us confidence in marketing the property and advice on improvements. We received an offer within days of going live which resulted in a sale. We would also like to give recognition to Megan Budd who liaised with the buyers at the time the offer was made and secured a deal on our behalf.

While this has been the most difficult time for everyone with Brexit and the Covid 19 lock-downs and despite not selling the property for us on this occasion (unless a recent introduction comes back of course) I can report that Charlotte and the team did everything in their power to get a successful sale throughout the whole process. Have been dealing with them with several properties over the last year as looking for something to buy with a holiday/campsite attached. Charlotte has been very helpful with all our questions and honest also advising us on what we can do to sell our house which is not even in her area. We have asked our agents to change the adverts on the internet as Charlotte recommended and it has helped. Thank you! Hoping to sell ours soon so we can proceed with something through Fox Grant.

We previously looked at this company here and noted the good reviews. We are looking to relocate and pick our viewings carefully due to time and distance issues. They know this. We booked two viewings after some chopping and changing on their part which resulted in omitting a third we were interested in.
To keep it short in the first viewing we were pushed through the house to fast for us to take stock. The advert says there is a japanese garden but there is not. On questioning the claim they have no properties with a japanese garden- we have a printed copy.
In the second viewing they told us prior that an offer had been rejected. When we viewed we said we were very interested and indicated a price which was above the previous rejected offer. The next day and before checking our position / offer they emailed to say that the vendor had accepted the previously rejected offer.
Not only was our time and travel wasted but there is a breach of consumer law in adverisment and what judges call sharp practises at best.

I recieved a private email not all of which was relevant or needs a response. The viewing arrangments were as stated.
There is no japanese garden or any sign of one, for example miniture bridge, Acer or zen features, boulders or stone orniments, mini pogoda. There is nothing to restore let alone any sign of glory. In fact there are two slushed dams where trout were farmed. Further, you said that you had no japanese gardens at all.

Actually it would have been easier for me to ignore it but as a trust pilot user I felt obligated to provide an genuine verified user experience for others.

We sold our equestrian property near Newbury through Fox Grant towards the end of 2019. We chose them because Charlotte and William gave us confidence that they understood the kind of property we were selling, which some of the big chains didn't. Despite a tricky housing market, they immediately secured multiple viewings and within 2 weeks we had a very good offer. However selling is never straightforward, and whilst we waited for our buyers to secure their own sale, Charlotte kept the momentum up, dealing with slow solicitors, numerous enquiries about covenants, and finally a planning application in woodland adjacent to our land just as we were about to exchange. She kept us calm and positive throughout and finally the sale went through. Thank you Charlotte and William, now please find us a house to buy too!

I can not recommend Will and Charlotte at Fox grant enough, I was really impressed with their intensity to find a buyer and get the sale over the line.

Branch manager Charlotte is one of the most honest and integral people I鈥檝e had the pleasure of working with. She鈥檚 professional, knowledgeable and therefore likeable and easy to get along with. Charlotte does not beat around the bush and makes it very clear what needs to happen in order to progress deals. The transaction I was involved in was less than simple, but both Charlotte and William did everything they could to resolve the issues with the title and the deal has now exchanged.

Sorry it has taken so long to write this review. Fox grant sold my property last year, after several other agents failed to find a buyer. They were first class in the whole sale, even though my property was in Devon, the distance was not a problem, so if you have a property to sell anywhere in the southwest, then I would fully recommend you give them a call .I have never regretted using them,

Originally we went with a on line agent which did not market our property as equestrian. One of my customers recommended Liz at Fox Grant who gave good honest information and advice. We split the property into 2 parts to sell. One was straightforward but the other was a bit of a long winded nightmare.We had support and guidance throughout and it eventually completed.
