Louise is the best trainer I鈥檝e ever had! She鈥檚 so motivating and easy to get along with and really listens to what you鈥檙e trying to achieve and then tailors your plan to get you the best results. Even out of our sessions she鈥檚 always there on the other end of the phone to give advice and push you when you need it! Couldn鈥檛 recommend more 🙂

Louise is a great personal trainer, she is very passionate about fitness and how the body works. My fitness has improved massively over this year. I would highly recommend booking Louise鈥檚 Personal trainer sessions, as well as meal plans which has helped my mum out with a diet plan/ideas.

Used Louise for best part of 10 months . Great at pushing me to be fitter and giving great tips on how to train.
Also does a great boot camp on Saturday mornings which I do with my partner . After a few bad experiences with trainers I wouldn鈥檛 go anywhere else .

I started my fitness journey with Lou about a year ago now and I can hand on heart say it is the best thing I鈥檝e chosen to do. I started the journey being scared to enter the gym and didn鈥檛 have any confidence in myself and at a very mentally low point. With the help of Lou, giving me expert knowledge and guidance I have managed to not only stop fearing the gym but to love going to it! Lou has passed on her expertise and knowledge in a way that is accessible, personal and fun – every session we had together usually ended up with a few laughing attacks. Not only have I become the healthiest and happiest I鈥檝e ever been, but I have found a genuine friend in Lou and could not recommend her enough if you鈥檙e looking to start your fitness journey.
