I was looking through the freebies web page and I found an add for lumanere facial syrum trial for just 4.95 shipping and handling nothing else was said nor did any documentation come with the product that said I was joining a club giving them permission to take my money, now they have taken my money and told me to bad I should have cancled within 14 days. Cancled what then Maria Grey told me no supervisors were able to speak with me, then she stated they would honor 50% money return, bull it is a scam dont trust them not even in the package that came with the product is there anything about canceling some club. I wont stop until my money is returned I could lose my truck over this because they took my payment.

Some ads are misleading. Not all products listed are free. My wife ordered some pills that were advertised as free. 聽However, she was charged $87.53 from one company and $79.97 from the other. 聽Upon calling both companies she found out that the pills are free…..for up to 14 days. 聽You had to call them and cancel within the 14 days.. 聽Plus, only one company offered to refund her money….but only $40. 聽Not a full refund.. 聽So, beware. 聽Not all products are "free" as advertised.
