I have been having issues with this company. The silk night gown started falling apart only after 3 weeks of sleeping in it. The customer service was not responding and my honest review I wrote on their website was not getting displayed there (and still it is not displayed). The customer service responded to my complaints and refunded the money only after I opened a dispute with PayPal. However, they sent me an email saying that it was my fault that the fabric was falling apart, because they felt I was too fat. I can't believe the email they sent me: "Sorry for the shopping experience with us. We cherish customer as you. I noticed you chose the oversize. Is the falling apart caused by being too tight? 19 mm is lighter and more breathable but it is not as durable as 22 mm. Hope you come to our website next time to try 22 mm silk sleepwear." They insulted me and then they suggested that I buy from them again! Somehow the fact that I chose the big size made them come to the conclusion that the gown was too tight and therefore was falling apart. Unbelievable!

An update: I received an apology from Freedomsilk today:
"Hello Galina,
I am sorry for my gaffe, we will work to improve the quality of our products and look forward to your next visit". I have updated their rating.
