Terrible company and ashamed at PayPal too. Will never be doing business with either ever again. Bought 3 shirts totaling $65. Got sent 3 completely different shirts totaling $19. Put a claim into PayPal. Won the joke of a claim through PayPal. Was told to send back the items. PayPal only helps cover you for $30. Well the only problem is it cost $198 to ship these shirts back. What a scam by both companies.

Scam company! I just read all the reviews and had the EXACT same thing happen to my order. Waited over 3 months and sent emails asking for clarification on the order. When something finally arrived, it was the wrong items. I tried to return them but discovered that it was over $150 to do so. I asked for a return label and they said to keep the items and they would give me a $15 credit on my next order. NO WAY! I filed as complaint with my credit card company. Stay away! Fraudulent company.

Total scam! Do not order from these crooks. Took three months to receive the wrong item. No reply from customer service. Opened a PayPal complaint. Offered a refund if I send the merchandise back to China at my expense. Right! would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered from these guys for months ago receive nothing and can't even contact anybody.I'm currently sailing but as soon as I get off my ship I'm going to report these guys and file fraud charges

I ordered 2 coats on November 10th and when I didnt get them by December, i contacted them. They finally put my order in the mail on December 15th. I finally got my package today and guess what? They only sent one coat and it's not even the one I ordered. Worst company ever! I want a full refund because I am not paying for your mistakes!

I ordered two coats on Nov. 1, 2019 with the website saying delivery would be made in 5-7 days. Finally received 2 coats in January 2020 and they were not remotely close to what I ordered. Even if they send you the wrong coats they expect you to pay the return costs. Consider this an object lesson. Read the reviews and beware. In my opinion this is not a company you can expect either truth and professionalism.

On 12-09-2019, I ordered men's hooded coat.with fur trim and hood. I ordered the white one. Was very excited. Anticipating it's arrival. I haven't seen it yet. When I attempted to reach website I was unable. I received e-mail stating it was on it's way at around the 17th of Dec. I tracked it and I was told it had been shipped. Tracked it and, enquired about it and they told me it could take up to 25 days. Now my emails are gone. Please help me contact them.

This company is a fraud I've reported them to the better business Bureau and the FBI as well as the United States consumer affairs . It's just a matter of time before prison for those seeking fast money . The United States Postal service has been contacted for the wire mail fraud in this matter . So consumer it's a criminal lost , but the last laugh belong to the consumer .

Do Not order from this company its a scam !!!

I placed an order on Dec 1st and immediately after I tried contacting the company because my tracking number doesn鈥檛 work. I have sent multiple emails stills no response nor have I received my product. This is a complete rip off!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will never get your merchandise. We ordered on November 17th and have not received the merchandise. We tried to send an email and the email is not a good address. They are hoping you will forget about your order and never dispute the charge. THIS IS A SCAM!

This website, which popped up on my Facebook feed, is a Total scam. I placed an order more than 6 weeks ago. They sent me an order confirmation email and processed my Mastercard payment immediately. However when I tried to email them to enquire about the status of my order by emailing their customer service email, it bounced back. Also when I tried to log on to me account, it told me the account no longer exists. FRESHIDEAR IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. PLEASE BE WARNED AND CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES AND FACEBOOK TO NOTIFY THEM OF THIS FACT.

UPDATE:

Three items arrived, all three were not what I ordered and the wrong sizes. When I was finally able to contact the website, they refused to pay for return postage in order to facilitate a refund.

Once again, be warned, this website is a TOTAL SCAM. They know that people will not bother to pay for return postage to China and so they will not have to provide refunds for wrong orders.

I placed a order (1) month ago, today I still have not received my purchase. I have contacted my bank and they have refunded my money, but I wish I had read the reviews first, it would have prevented a lot chaos. Please don't order from this site

Accepting Orders with No Order Received

I ordered a jacket from this website for $54.99 on 11/20/19. I received a confirmation email for my order and it stated that I would receive another email once the order has shipped. I have yet to receive an email and when you email their customer service, you get no response.

Why can't I give this company 0 stars?? DO NOT ORDER FROM FRESHIDEAR! I have now done a dispute with PayPal to get my money back because on November 19th I ordered a jacket (of course a Christmas present) and I've emailed them numerous times, no response. It said allow 10-25 days for shipping so even though I only waited 23 days I had still received nothing and still no email from them. When I went to my email confirmation and hit see your order it said page not available. This company is a scam! I'm glad I used PayPal and hope anyone else who has ordered gets their money back. Guess I should've read reviews 1st!!

I ordered 2 items on November 19th 2019. Haven't received anything yet! Emailed them 3 days ago no response. I will dispute with my bank Monday morning. I guess I should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned!

Scams
It鈥檚 been 2 month I orders few items .
I have received one item which is different color and size ,
I鈥檓 trying to contact them but no response.
I had to act legally and dispute my money with credit company.
Still waiting to get my money back.

My fianc茅 ordered a coat from this website. The product that we received was horrible. It looked like a cheap pleather jacket. We ordered a extra large and it fit like a small. I had one of my friends try it on, whom is a small statured lady, and she could not even button it up. So how the hell was this to fit a grown man. Smh. I did as was told to get my money back and the refused. I wanted to return the crap within the 14 days, but they would not give me a return address or a confirmation to return it. They then told me that it could not be returned. I asked several times to be refunded, and they refused. So now I am stuck with this piece of a jacket that I do not want.

I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me do any negative numbers. They got me for 165 and I am teed off. Where do people get off thinking it's ok to take others stuff if you want something "GET A JOB". This is the 3rd time I have been scammed this year and damnit enough is enough. Do we need to take the law in our own hands. I read a article recently where this guy was scamming people and they put him in jail, needless to say he found a way to use the phones in jail and started scamming while locked up go figure. I will not order from them or even recommend them except to the BBB dirty SOB's.
