Freshurbanent. Ordered a Womens Ralph Lauren jumper, they have sent an adidas mans jacket? Emailed three times and had no response. Also tried via website and "Opps, there is an error on this page" then states "this page is not available" They have my money and I have no way of getting a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I ordered a jacket. About a week later I received an email saying not to worry but they were on holiday. Two weeks after that I received completely the wrong item. I emailed them back but no response. I have tried to login but the website keeps telling me that my email address is not recognised. Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered a summerjacket, was delivered on time but completely different item to what we wanted.
Can not get in touch with customer service as email address seems not working, email returned…
Watch out with them.
