Your service and turn around time is great! Your B&W prints are average. I placed 2 orders. The first order, an 10×15 B&W Glossy, the print was too dark. The second order, an 8×12 B&W Matte, there was no detail in the waterfall, even though there was plenty in the digital file. I gave you 2 chances. That's all I give. Thanks for trying.

I now have all my pictures processed by Fromex. The quality and service is top notch. I can do it online and they鈥檙e always ready by the next day (or faster if I need them.) I鈥檝e also gone into the store and gotten excellent advice. I took advantage of curbside pick up last week and it was terrific.

High quality cut-outs! Ours look very good. One had slight damage, not sure if it happened during shipping. But we repaired it with some glue.

I was able to get my prints almost immediately after ordering! They were very efficient in getting the order processed and shipped out to me. The pictures turned out great, the pictures were clear and no blurriness with how many pictures were on the one comp card.

My first visit I brought a flash drive formatted for mac and their computers are windows based and couldn't read the drive. They suggested ordering online.

I did and when I arrived to pick up the prints, they couldn't find them. They offered to print them and asked if I would wait. I waited 15 minutes and the results were not acceptable. The prints were desaturated and lower contrast than the files I sent. They offered to print them again and I waited for another 10 minutes. After the women behind the counter gave me the prints the boss walked in and she immediately went to him and didn't even bother to ask if I was satisfied with the results.

The prints were ok, but the experience wasn't.

This my my second order of both B&W and color 5×7 prints from digital images. Can't say enough how happy I am with the quality.

I found the quality,service, and friendliness of the staff unsurpassed. I've tried a number of on-line "photo services" and Fromex is far and away the best. I recently had a fairly large aluminum print with a floating frame made. I really didn't know what to expect. Well, it is stunning. Their paper prints are also high quality. I live about as far as one can get from Long Beach (Vermont) and I still get prints back (packaged very well) quickly. John and his technicians are pros.

The prints are fantastic quality. I just Thought the website was a little hard to finagle. Some of the prints I printed The body parts were cut off. It didn鈥檛 seem like they were cut off on the uploaded image.
