Adam was pleasant and knowledgable. It's nice to call and speak with someone who knows what they are doing. He found the problem and got me an appointment next day knowing I was working from home.

I have Frontier Broadband Max internet at my home. Due to poor service, my son recommend performing internet speed tests. Using the app provided by Frontier on their web site, I found I am paying for up to 6 MBPS and at best get 1.5 MBPS upload during off peak hours with high data latency from ranging 50 ms to 250 ms. We are not happy and my neighbors all say they get the same poor service. And don't even think about having more than one device connected at a time.

If you want nothing to do with good internet or playing games, and would rather have no internet at all, Frontier is for you (: This internet is incredibly terrible, it randomly disconnects and if you load a page up on your phone and computer, it is slower than a snail. I spend most of the days mad because i just want to play a game and i cant without lagging all over the place, this is the new dial up internet. Either fix it or this will die out. I would honestly rather have no internet at all so i wouldn't be this mad all the time. This is the worst internet I have ever experienced. How do you make it this horrible?

Nightmare!! I called to have my service transfered on Nov. 3… Now its Dec 3 and still no service. I've made multiply phone calls each lasting over an hour. My husband missed 4 days of work staying home to be available when the techs arrive..which never happened. I've asked to cancel my service and now I've been transfered to 5 different people. I can not believe the horrific service I received after being a customer for two years. Never made a late payment and currently paying for services I do not have. I am going to report this company to the BBB. Frontier you should be ashamed of your company… I also have 4 different business ACCTS and I will change all of them Monday morning to a different company.

The rep did a great job explaining everything very personable was a pleasure to work with. the only thing is the time…no fault to him it just was a lengthy process. over all I am very happy with the customer service I received.

My sales rep, Alycia, was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I asked many questions, and if she was not sure of an answer, she quickly utilized her resources to provide me with sufficient information. Her voice was clear and understandable, an added bonus! The best part is she scheduled an installation for this same week… Unheard of! Hopefully, installation goes as smoothly as the ordering process.

Frontier has the worst internet service. We've had nothing but problems with it. Slow speeds even though we are paying for high speeds, nothing downloads, can't play the games always having problems with them, and when we call them we get representatives who tell us the wrong things to buy or do. Told we needed to buy a new internet cable to resolve the problems we are having, we bought a new cable installed it and we're still having the same problems.Now a technician has to come out to our house and that's 4 days later with no internet service. They also changed our service to the Enhanced internet which costs more money which we DID NOT authorize them to do this and still no change in our service at all.
