We purchased an Optimum blender a couple of years ago and it had a whole bunch of issues. I think we just got a lemon. It took the company a while, but they finally tried to fix the unit and eventually gave us a full refund and even sent us a free G2 model, which we're loving so far!

Was initially pleased and am could still be if only Froothie USA would answer a vexing question. I awoke early to what sounded like one of our fire alarms going off. Went into the kitchen and realized it was my Froothie blender making the noise. Had not been used in the previous 18 hours at least. It showed a "code" of 8888 on the screen. It has been about two weeks since I first asked for help regarding the issue. So far no response. I stopped the "alarm" by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. But I still don't know what caused it.

UPDATE:
I received a very pleasant and informative response to my question with both an answer (I apparently left the unit in standby) which could easily have occurred. As well, I received an assurance that they would look into why I did not receive a reply to my contacts via their website.

Our family uses our Optimum 9200A every day. Cannot start my day without a delicious creamy smoothie. It is also awesome for soups, sauces, spreads and grinding nuts. Sooooo powerful!
It is also very easy to clean.

Purchased a VAC2 from Froothie via Amazon and I love it. Never thought I would need the vacuum feature but I am glad I have it. I use the blender nearly every day and helps me to prepare healthy smoothies, soups and more. Definitely recommended

We've had some problems with our Optimum but these have been resolved fairly painlessly. Overall good quality machines.

I bought what Froothie claimed was a good quality blender, but it never performed very well and it broke a little after a year. Froothie says it was the blade in the jug that was broken and that the five year warranty doesnt cover the blade, so I have to pay to get it repaired. I then pay for the repair and send my blender to Germany on the 11. of June 2018 to be repaired. It is now the 25. of August and I still havent gotten my blender back and all I get when I ask about it is a lot of excuses.

So all in all:
1: I bought a blender of poor quality that broke quite fast even though I havent been using it much and not for anything that would explain why it broke faster than an ordinary cheap blender
2: I have payed for my blender to be repaired, which it hasnt been.
3: I havent gotten my blender back
4: I cant get a decent answer from customer service.

I can not recommend neither the quality of the blender nor the company, which has very poor customer service

Have recently purchased a juicer from Froothie. I love my Optimum 700 and use it everyday. It is very easy to clean! And the customer support team was very helpful. Can definitely recommend.
