Very happy with the service I received from Fuels4u.
Purchased a half pallet of kiln dried logs on 24th March 2020.
Said logs were delivered on 31st March 2020 – within the 7 working days stated on their website.
The haulage company telephoned me the day before to arrange delivery and the haulier who delivered was very friendly and placed the pallet exactly where I wanted it.
The logs are dry, burn well and are exactly what I expected.
I will definitely buy from Fuels4u in the future.

If I could give NO STARS I would
TOTAL SHAM. DO NOT USE. TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN DON鈥橳 DELIVER!!!!!!!
Don鈥檛 reply to your emails
Don鈥檛 have any contact numbers
DO
NOT
USE
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update 16/3/20. They have now replied to my email to say they are sorry for not getting me an order confirmation and if I want to cancel order they will refund in full …… we鈥檒l see. I鈥檒l keep this updated.
Ended up ordering locally as I鈥檇 run out.

This is the 2nd year we have used this company, last year no problems. This time when the 30 bags of coal was delivered we immediately moved it around to the back of the house and covered well, it wasn鈥檛 until sometime later when we began to use it we noticed that the coal was very wet, thinking it was just a few bags we carried on but unfortunately all of it is the same. I have send two E Mails regarding this basically asking if they had had this problem with any other deliveries, I also sent a message on their website, no response whatsoever and I can鈥檛 trace a phone number anywhere.
Therefore we will definitely be looking for another company next year.

We have used Fuels4u successfully for the past 5 years or so with the coal being delivered by a local merchant. These drivers were always very helpful and willing to bring the coal to our back garden and at times even helped to empty the bags into the bunker. However the service we have just experienced with today's delivery was the complete opposite!! Apparently Fuels4u have moved to a pallet delivery system with our coal coming from a different supplier and delivered by a Pallet delivery company not the merchant themselves (on checking back on the website yes this is noted under delivery instructions but as a regular user why would we check this? It would have been more helpful if this was flagged up at the point of checkout to make existing regular customers aware of such a big change). As it was the driver arrived an hour and a half before the agreed time & would only drop the whole pallet on our front drive meaning we had to hastily move our car, he said he couldn't help unload the pallet and left without removing the plastic wrapping or the pallet! On checking our order it has also become apparent that their prices have shot up! What used to be 25kilo bags have now been reduced to 20kilos and are dearer than the larger bags used to be. Admittedly we should have paid more attention to what we were ordering but as we always order 8 bags of Wildfire we just repeated our order. Overall a very disappointing experience but it will teach us to double check everything we order online in future and we will be looking for a new supplier!

Through there local agent D.D.DODD & SON near Thetford Norfolk they supplied a very poor quality, and definitely NOT smokeless fuel, which was ordered. I have wasted much of the past year trying to get any redress without so much as a "sorry" A total waste of nearly 拢200-00.
