I saw a dress that was a reproduction of an Asos dress listed on their site last year for $230. I was a bit skeptical before ordering, so I contacted their customer support department through a link on the website. I asked for more information about the company and their refund policy. The person who responded assured me that if I was not satisfied with the product I would be refunded. So, I placed the order. Weeks went by without the order status changing. I contacted customer support multiple times and received no response. Eventually the order status changed to "shipped." Again, I contacted customer support to inquire about tracking methods and estimated delivery dates with no response. A few more weeks went by without receiving anything. I contacted them again demanding a refund and got no response. One year later I still have not received the dress, a refund, or any kind of response. These people are clearly criminals with no integrity.

I purchased a dress from this site in August using skrill wallet to pay for my purchase of $145. to this date 10/9 I have not received my dress. I received an e-mail back on 9/2 stating my dress had shipped. I never received anything. You cannot get a hold of this company, if you e-mail them it kicks your e-mail right back. This company is a big fraud! Do not purchase anything from them. This site should be taken down!!!
