So far this is the worst company I've come across not only do they not send out their product, They do not respond to your emails in question of product. It has been a month and a half and I haven't received any information back from my emails requesting more information on my product and where it is. Do not use this company!

I BOUGHT FREEZAIR ON LINE FOR $89.99. WITH MY CREDIT CARD ON SEPT. 5.2020 I NEVER RECEIVED IT. FINALLY I CALLED U. S BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY REFUNDED ME MY $89.99 AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THIS CHARGE DISPUTE. THANKS ALOT U.S. BANK

I ordered 3 small air conditioners and after waiting without a word (other than the first email confirmation) for 3.5 weeks, I sent and email to their "support". After a sending 2 emails I finally received a response from Kelly Dorman, saying that I could get a refund if I wanted, or wait for the product, and they would expedite the shipping. I agreed to the expedited shipping if they could tell me when and how it would ship, Fedex, UPS, etc. They would not respond after 3-4 attempts over about 10 days. They are clearly a scam – find your product elsewhere and save yourself time and money!

Please folks, DO NOT do business with these people. They overcharged my debit card and when I called them they offered me $40. right after that instead of refunding me they charged my debit card another $40. They are professional crooks, STAY AWAY from them.

You stupid sons of $#*!es charged my account and I never even heard of you. The customer service phone number doesnt list business hours and always says to call back during business hours and I've called during all hours of the day and night.

Ordered item 6 months ago, never received it. Kept emailing the company and received replies saying item was on its way and that if it didn't arrive they would refund. In a way I was lucky as I accidently clicked 2 on the order, notified them immediately and they did refund for one. Don't touch this 'bunch' they are fraudsters.

In 14-21 days you can get tracking information that says it is still somewhere in China. That is the last you will hear of it. I was going to buy more stuff from them but they cant deliver.

My order was never delivered. GadgetSnob, emailed me and said it was delivered to my house in West Palm Beach, FL (I Live in Virginia) and to contact the USPS (never mind I bought it from Gadget Snob not the USPS). Tried unsuccessfully to talk with someone on the phone at GS. GS Chat support said someone would call me in an hour (never happened). Very poor customer support, lied and cheated me and apparently others (see prior reviews). Buyer beware.

I received 3 maps from Dude Gadget shipped from China. They came dented and damaged. I sent them photos, upon request, of the damaged maps. In order to receive a refund, I have to send the damaged maps back to China and I have to pay for shipping. This means I actually pay to return items I received already damaged and will never own (because they are no longer available for purchase).

I am so grateful I used my American Express, otherwise I would be screwed. This company has lied from day one and is continuing to lie to me. I issued a chargeback and America express is protecting me from losing any money. Do not buy anything from this terrible scam!

The shipped a broken item that was defective as shipped to me. Since this item was a gift and I did not open it in the first 30 days they refused to replace or refund it.
Update: They since have replaced the item after multiple contacts.

The people who answer your calls are pleasant but they cannot make any adjustments or do anything other than read info from a screen. They just send an email to outer space where it gets bundled with all the other emails. What a joke! I waited over a week for someone to call me back and finally had to give up and order from another site because all my time ran out before christmas. I now have a credit with them that i will never use and I'm sure they'll never give back to me.

I ordered six items (3 hats and 3 sets of rave fingers) on December 7th, 2014. On December 16th, they emailed me to say they didn't have the rave fingers, which didn't leave me any time to order them anywhere else before xmas. I still hadn't received the hats by December 23, so it ruined something we had planned for xmas Eve. Gawd, I wish I'd checked their reviews before I purchased from them. They're a disgrace.

Stay as far away from this site as you can. I placed an order, money was transferred from my pay pal account and 6 days later I received an e-mail that everything I ordered was discontinued. I just get voice mail when I call them. Now I have no time or money to purchase Christmas gifts for my son.
