I purchased a vintage wood fan with no problems at all. After placing the order I read reviews which made me have buyers remorse. I took the time and called and the young lady told me it will be out within a week which it was. Just received it yesterday and installed it. Nothing shy of beautiful. And this is totally a real review

I wish I would have paid more attention to these reviews before ordering, but they had a style of chandelier that I really wanted and couldn't find elsewhere without paying 3 times as much. I ordered 2 matching wrought iron camino wheel chandeliers for my new house. They said they were available and would ship in a week. After two weeks they said they will not ship until the end of the month which was cutting it close for us, so they traded out one of the lights for a smaller one and they were supposed to ship out. Two weeks later we receive one light, but not the other. Two days later a box is dropped off, but it is the wrong light – not even remotely close to what we ordered. It has been over 10 days and still no label or arrangement to ship back the wrong light and no word on what we actually ordered. They said they would give me a credit within 24-48 hours, but I still have not received. I am now going through the process to dispute the charge. We do like the light we did receive, but needed matching lights for our great room/kitchen island space. This company has terrible customer service and I now wish I would have paid extra for the RH lights.

Their replacement of a broken part is not as easy as they lead you to believe. All you have to do is document everything with a photo and send it to them, then they will determine if the replacement or not is good enough for them to send you a new piece. I had a small dent in the cowling cover over the electrical box. What I asked for was a credit on a future order, not a replacement piece, but NO WAY were they going to agree to that without a photo. So if you do not have a scanner or digital camera you are out of luck. Just a lot of red tape for a minor issue. Definitely not customer oriented.

Sucks. Customer service are rude and doesn't speak english fluently. NOT RECOMMENDED.

CROOKS! CHARGED ME TWO TIMES, NO PRODUCT, LADY STATES SHE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DOES! THEY HAVE MANY COMPANY NAMES AND ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! HAD MY BANK DISPUTE ALL CHARGES. PAIN IN THE BUTT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

The nightmare began in early October when I ordered a chandelier from their alias website Gallery802 . The quality of the chandelier is so poor – You can easily bent the frame, all the beads are cheap plastics, none crystal as they advertized. Worse yet, you can't return anything you bought from them. Customer service is rude and has no clue. I ordered another light fixture from them in late October. One month later, the order is still sitting there as of today. After countless tries with their customer service, I can't do anything but gave up. They use Spectrum Home Furnishing, Gallery 802, Gallery 87, etc. as aliases. Buyer beware, stay away from these guys!
