I recently purchased the GAMERGRADE庐 Pulse Extreme Mouse and i have to say i instantly fell in love with it. i have owned plenty of different kinds of Mouse in the past but this one has instantly become my favorite.
GamerGrade were good, They contacted me once the Mouse was delivered to make sure everything was ok and i was happy. it was only a simple E-Mail but that kind of thing builds trust, it offered me a chance to say if i was not happy and asked if there was any problem, i have the information i need should it ever need repair, and even the name of a person to contact. i am a happy customer.
