I took part in a webinar by Geek Recruiters as Michal shared a case study with a candidate lead generation method that I haven't applied earlier. I enjoyed the webinar and later on subscribed for membership too. The technique I learned there was presented well, I was able to apply it right after on 2 different search projects. Good leads were generated that ended up in 2 candidates reaching offer stage. It saved significant time on sourcing and with minimal financial investment the results were really great. The technique is part of the preferred toolset ever since. I recommend Michal's courses, materials as I find them very useful to rapidly upskill junior to mid-level recruiters and there is useful knowledge there even for seasoned seniors from time to time. Thank you Michal!

Is fantastic that I found you! I learned a lot, I still learn how to recruit in IT, I rediscover the pleasure to learn about the new technologies, frameworks, libraries, etc.
Your step by step lessons, videos and worksheets are indeed very useful!

Very helpful, I love that someone is finally explaining IT from a recruiter's point of view! It like the analogies with "real-life situations", like explaining API:s in terms of a server at a restaurant, it makes it very easy to comprehend for us non-developers as well… 🙂

I am no #recruiter, Just had a lot of Interviews with no perfect match since covid made an end to my just beginning partnership with the great IT Team of the KaDeWe group.
For example, I ran into an interview where obviously a Network Specialist was what the company needed. After the nice but somehow ridiculous and time wasting talk i wondered: That's not me, man! Why could that happen? Wasn't i totally clear about my aspirations and my level of IT Knowledge? Dear Recruiters, can you please check out Geekruiter and find out how to get the right people into the Interviews? Companys need the best support for developing their IT workforce. You can make this journey nice and easy (nicer and easier) for everyone.

Great technical part, very informative, this is something you should really know starting a recruitment for a C# Developer. Easy to understand even if you are a non-tech person.

Very straightforward, service driven and responsive! In our case there was an issue with the delivery provider and Geekruiter immediately re-send the order again.

Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the course.
I would like to see more real-life examples in the videos. Moreover, it will be very beneficial to include the more images included in the content of the video (for example some of the videos had images attached underneath).

The webinar is really helpful for even seasoned technical recruiters. Sometimes, we are too caught up in our organisation's IT environment that we may not be as in trend with the market as much as we would like to be. Hence, I truly appreciates the quality of the work (like the mindmap) and webinar and follow up sessions that Geekruiter has done.

We feel pretty confident in 7N when it comes to IT knowledge and its verification when talking to candidates. Over the years we've had many IT trainings delivered by our Consultants, experts in their fields.

But as our recruitment team grew, the new recruiters didn't have opportunity to access the knowledge that has been accumulated in the past. We needed a repository of materials suited for knowledge update of newcoming people.

And this is when Geekruiter proved very useful and valuable. It allows the new recruiters quickly catch up with the others.

The fifth star still to be obtained as we'd hope the trainings and webinars to be a bit more technically advanced and containing more questions that allow recruiters to verify knowledge of IT candidates (even at the basic level), but on the whole a great tool.

Geekruiter has been an amazing help. I am an experienced sales recruiter who has wanted to get into IT, but have found that the roles and responsibilities of technical professionals daunting and over-whelming. Since I have become a member of this community (and taken the courses), I have learned a great deal in an incredibly short amount of time. Now I read IT resumes with fascination and when I speak to technical people, I am not afraid and only interested.

The training from Geekruiter about various technologies in IT was for me as an IT Recruiter very helpfull. I think that gaining general knowledge about the most used technologies in IT is the best way to understand the job descriptions and experience of IT specialists. Stated technologies in the resumes and profiles of candidates are not just words without meaning anymore.

The courses are very useful for IT recruiters who have a non-IT background. Michal (the instructor) explains complex technical terms into easy-to-digest concepts. I have enrolled in 2 courses already: Tech fundamental and IT recruitment master class, I, so far, have a better experience in attracting and talking to Developers. Recently I adopted a new way of writing Job Ads as Michal suggested, I got an amazing result!

Geekruiter gives me the possibility of better understanding and how to conduct better interviews for IT roles. As a psychologist, I didn't know much about IT words so it helps a lot having this material as a guide.

The interesting, detailed and sharp way how to boost your tech skills. I took a course Software development lifecycle & methodologies and it was a great opportunity to re-shape my project planning with different ideas.
