My sisters dog passed and wanted to get her a blanket with his picture on it. It did take awhile to ship but the quality was not as advertised and he was RED not brown as a German Shepard should be, making him look very cartoonish. Was so excited to get her something special 🙁 CUSTOMER Service was also TERRIBLE! GO somewhere else.

We had to put Ra asleep due to his declining health. I did this blanket for my wife and it overwhelmed her and brought her to tears. We still keep it put away because it is too soon for my wife to appreciate its beauty.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order for fathers day so the kids can give their Dad a photo blanket and photo pillow of our beloved dog who passed. I thought that this was an Australian company given the name expecting quality and fast delivery as I paid the extra, it turns out the product is made in China and has been sitting in Sydney only 2 hours away for over a week. I am nervous to receive the items if I do at all due to these legit reviews unlike the site. Shouldnt there be some law against this? 0 star if I could – I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE

I ordered a blanket for a gift and it arrived within the time frame given by the company.
Not sure what others are complaining about but obviously you need to read they take time to make…

The quality is astonishing!..so soft and the picture detail is fantastic!! Love it!

I ordered a pillow with expedited processing for my sister who was ill and has since died. My order had not even left China when she died, and I attempted to cancel the order in my grief only to be told I could not cancel and at most they could refund me $7 for my loss. That was over two weeks ago, the package has still not arrived and they will still not refund it. Really awful customer experience.

IMHO, ordering from here was one of the worst experiences I鈥檝e probably ever had in online shopping. We do most of our shopping online too. I ordered a puzzle for my wife on April 30th for Mother鈥檚 Day, and just received it in the mail on July 30th (well after Father鈥檚 day). 90 DAYS!!

I understand that COVID played a factor in some of it, but 90 days is absurd. We鈥檝e ordered packages with international shipping many times during the pandemic and the longest has been just over two weeks.

Customer service was a joke and I received mostly canned responses, especially when I asked for a simple refund of the shipping costs and the 鈥淰IP鈥?service I paid for extra.

The puzzle itself and quality was okay, but I just don't feel like it's worth it.

Take your money and go elsewhere for these type of services, like Etsy, etc. There鈥檚 no 鈥渄eals鈥?here and the crossed-out prices displayed have been up for months. There鈥檚 no sales, it鈥檚 just a sales tactic.

Seriously, check the site in a few weeks and nothing has changed. They still have the same deal that was up when I bought two puzzles.

I feel like I may be an anomaly here, or the reviews on their website are simply fake. I just don't believe I'm the only person ever to give lower than a 3-star review. Take that for what it鈥檚 worth. They鈥檒l likely delete my review there. If so, I鈥檒l just keep posting it here and across other social media platforms.

I ordered a pet photo blanket for my niece whose dog passed away. Ordered it on June 25th and she received it in the mail on July 26th. I chose expedited shipment method for 5-9 business days. In the confirmation email after purchasing, it did say it would take 10 to 20 business days to produce the item. So they are not scamming you. It just takes time 10 to 20 days to make the item. Then it takes in my case 5 to 9 business days to ship AFTER the 20 business days to make it. I鈥檝e read reviews after I purchased and got scared from all these people saying they鈥檙e a scam, but I got my item. You鈥檙e going to get your item. You just need to read the emails they send and it鈥檚 right there. They never promised me I鈥檇 get it in 5 days. Even if you get expedited or over night shipment, it literally says it takes 10 to 20 days for production so you need to count those days in addition to the shipment days according to the shipment method you chose.

Sorry to say I am a scam victim of this company. I wish I had investigated it before spending money with them. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on April 28th and have yet to receive anything other than excuses. I appreciate the suggestions to file a claim with the credit card company.

Ordered my puzzle with the hopes of supporting a small business during COVID. Come to find out that they send their work to China knowing that their logistics is shutdown. Emailed and told over multiple months to "wait awhile". When package came, there was no protection and the puzzle box was crushed. The "customization" was just the photo I sent them taped onto the outer box. So much for trying to support a company, their online photos do not match what the end product is really like.

They will lie to you throughout the entire process and will initially give you bogus excuses for delays. Then, when nothing is received, they will send you bogus tracking information. When that doesn't work, they will lie and say they will refund you, but never initiate that refund. Here is what you do.

First, compile your information and file a dispute with your CC company or Bank for a charge back. They are very familiar with this company, and Getphotoblanket will continue to lie and claim that they are refunding monies, but do not. Bank has no record of the company initiating refunds. Then when they realize the bank is investigating, they tell you that they can only refund money if you cancel the dispute/charge back. DON'T DO IT! It's just another lie. Let the bank or CC company do their investigation and pull the money back. Which they will. They understand that this is a scam and it is important to have the paper trail for other investigations based on Getphotoblanket's significant fraudulent practices. It took a while, but I eventually got all my money back. Also, let your bank or CC company know that they will not provide a phone number or business address.

Second, file a complaint with the consumer affairs offices in your state. They will likely be familiar with this company. Hopefully, they will be shut down soon and precluded from doing business in the US. As you can see by the stunning number of complaints and nature of complaints, this is a pattern of practice. This is a fraud and a total scam!

However, I could not be more happy with how it turned out. The material was so soft and silky and the quality came out way better than I expected, and it only took a day over 2 weeks, which was 2 days before the expected delivery date! I ordered another one right away for a birthday present and I hope it鈥檒l be as smooth as the first time around!

Ordered a product 4/27 It's now 7/9 and I still have not received it. I have no idea if I ever will. do not use this company.

I ordered a puzzle 3 months ago. I still haven鈥檛 received it! I reached out a month ago and they said it would be here in a week. They gave me a tracking number and when I reached out to the post office they told me they have no record of ever receiving it.
I contacted them a few days ago to get my money back and they responded by asking me to confirm the shipping address.
I have obviously wasted my time and money.
This is a scam!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift off of this website I was so excited. Not only did it take over 2 1/2 months to be delivered, but I received absolutely no communication from the company and when they did respond by email they provided the wrong name and no information as to when my package would arrive. If you're thinking of ordering off of the site DO NOT disappointed is how I feel at the least

Do NOT order from them!!!!! Puzzles arrived two months past the expected delivery date and they were damaged. The boxes were cracked and the puzzles were missing pieces.

The blanket is great & we love it. As each issue arose the company stayed in constant contact with me, always responded & after all was said & done even issues a partial refund as an apology (their idea). Much of the delay was Covid related & out of each of our controls. I appreciate their support & am very happy with the product.

On 4/15 well into lock down we ordered puzzles which we were told would come in approx 2 week. We waited months! I reached out and kept getting the run around. When they finally arrived there was no image and they were damaged. Suddenly they answer emails when I'm fighting payment. I no longer need the product, I needed it when I had a houseful of stressed people. I would NEVER order from them. There are plenty of honest businesses that would own their mistake

I ordered back in february, the delivery date was supposed to be March 16th 2020. i was nervous bc i had to have had it that exact day for my significant other to receive it as a gift and surprise him. However, It never came in. It is now JULY 3RD and i still have not received my order nor have i received any reliable/reassuring information from the company owners or workers!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

They are the WORST. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have NEVER had a worse time trying to resolve issues. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and they could care less. I only write good reviews for businesses, so please know that their customer service is this bad that I am writing this. The order took 3 months to arrive, sat in a warehouse for 8+ weeks, and the blankets were musty. I asked to return the product and a refund and they just keep giving me the run around. Then they lied to my credit card company showing them that the item had delivered, as if that were the only problem. Getphotoblanket is a very shady company, please beware.

Same as all the above, I ordered my puzzle in April 2020, it is the end of June, no puzzle. They keep saying to wait a few more days, offering me a 5% refund, then 15%. I have told them I will be disputing the charge and they still aren't doing anything. I do NOT recommending ordering from this company.

I ordered a puzzle 6 April for my brothers birthday 6 May. No communication from the company zero updates then I get a notification saying that it鈥檚 being processed. I contact the company I鈥檓 asked to wait two weeks they鈥檙e dealing with COVID-19 fine. Then an update stating that it鈥檚 in the process of being shipped from Fresno California and it does not arrive and no other information except for when I click the link that it鈥檚 coming from China.

They offered to give me 10% discount refund which is not even the taxes. I contact them still has not received by June no response finally the 13th it arrives of June my brother sent me a text and says what鈥檚 it supposed to be. I said the picture on the box he sent me a picture of the box it鈥檚 a Tupperware box with no other information.

I sent a picture of the item to them I get a response from Deni saying well once the puzzles made then we can talk about it I said no I鈥檓 just asking because it鈥檚 a misrepresentation of what they were supposed to be getting. Awful company do not do business with them I will make sure that I can review them on every website I can for the negativity of a crappy product crappy customer service.
