Already 2 months that I sent my phone to GetHandy. The last email from them was more than a month ago. I normally check the status by email every week and from the last 5 emails there is no answer.
So I need to start to call every week. Weekly answers: We don't know. Them: it will be solved this way. Later: we still dont know the problem, so we do not know how it will be solved.
Worst customer technical service ever.

One star goes for the person who was kind enough to pick up the phone and help me. I ordered a mobile phone (the brand is not very relevant) which was appearing on the site to be in stock. I ordered it because my previous phone was dead and the delivery time was 1-2 working days. Unfortunaly I did not see the reviews before I ordered. Anyway I paid right away and the next day I got an email confirming the transaction and I was waiting. I was waiting…. One week later I sent an email trying to update myself of the situation. No response, then two days later another email and again no response. Then I cancelled the order and I claimed my money back, but yet no confirmation. I did it twice, but still nothing. Then after trying to reach them on phone several times, I managed and the person informed me of the following: 1st the phone I ordered was out of stock (even though on the site was appearing in stock), second my emails were never opened due to cheap excuses. Nevertheless the person on phone was kind enough to cancel my order and help me to get my money back. At the end everything worked fine, but I was two weeks without a phone nor any update for my order. So one star clearly goes to the person. Just stay away and do not get confused by the offers

Not Anymore
I have taken the option for iPhone 11 Pro from check24 on 9 October and have been shown 1-3 weeks as delivery time there. It is acceptable.
Now it has been almost 4 weeks and no information regarding the delivery of the phone. First there was hint stating that the phone will be available by end of October. Now that is also gone in the order status.
Check24 does not take any responsibility nor gethandy.
Everyone be aware.
