I purchased VIddx, a marketing too; It continued to say MONEY BACK GAURANTEE, RISK FREE!! After the purchase, it wasn't workin out for me so I asked for a REFUND, they said NO, THey only give refunds if its a "technical" issue. That's NOT stated on the Advertisement page! There ended up being a technical issue! We make campains, they have 4 buttons to advertise for us, Twitter, pintrest, facebook and Google. When you push the Google button, a box pops up saying Google no longer supports it. wellk, I told the owner ok,, now there IS a technical issue, the platform I purchased IS NOT 100% Working as I purchased it to! Still, They said NO REFUND! Im not happy with the items and I want a FULL Refund they promised in their add!! THey keep telling me to send a ticket asking for refund here and there, round in circles, all say no. They said the guy to do refunds is Mosh Bari.
