I never received a promised email to track order, then the delivery nearly never arrived when my postal address was missing my house name.

The product was offered with next day delivery and whilst allowing for the fact that we are on an island and adding a day the product has still not arrived 2 working days later.

I would not have reacted so strongly had I not received a "How did we do" e-mail 2 days after order, thus adding insult to injury.

Natasha was brilliant changing my delivery date at the last minute. Delivery people wasn't brilliant. Over 拢200 of stuff left in my cupboard without a signature. But got it on time so cant complain.

I ordered a few limpet mounts on Friday and they came on Monday. Exactly what I wanted at a good price with a great service.
