I ordered a pair of Uggs Austrailia sheepskin boots. My fiance paid for them with his American Express card. When the order came, I was so excited. I ripped off the outer box and to my utter disgust, they were fakes. They are not Uggs. I have the authentic ones in tan that I ordered and these black ones were a disgrace. There is no telephone # on the website, nor is there an address. I can only email the company. I requested a return postage label so I can send them back. Inside the box was an invoice from Shanghai, China with a name of "EMS" on top of the invoice. Origin office=991, Posting time/date=12-26-2013. Company=2012
Address=Shanghai Ze Xi Agel Ecommerce Ltd., Postal Code=201180 Invoice# EE971524558CN
