This website appears to be a scam. They claim to sell genuine ghd straighteners but mine arrived in damaged packaging and the hologram number is not recognised by GHD, they also do not respond to requests on how to return for a refund. I am not alone in having this experience.

DO NOT BUY GHD'S FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE FAKES!!!!!
I ASSUMED IT WAS A UK BASED COMPANY BUT IT'S NOT! THE GHD'S ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM VIA THE PHONE NUMBER AND E-MAIL AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!!
THEY TRADE UNDER THE NAME OF MAIN STORE.
