I placed an order on August 24, 2020, now November, I continue waiting for my item. I have emailed them several times and have been told it鈥檚 been processing. When I asked for a refund, they asked me for my card info and 5% back to them since the order 鈥渉ad been processed鈥? I don鈥檛 believe in giving them more money so I can get a refund.
I am so dissatisfied with this purchase.

I ordered 2 jackets and a hoodie from giftlease.com 14 days ago. (Aprox 95 dollars in total) They confirmed my order, but then days passed and they never processed any shipping or sent any updates. At first I thought it was a mistake from their part or maybe covid. So I contacted them. They replied to the first email saying they were processing other orders first and would tell me when the shipping was processed. I let a week go by and i sent them another email. No response. Then another one, no response again. I asked for a refund and nothing.
I entered their instagram and saw they recreated their page recently, i started reading the few comments they had, and other women had the same problem i had. Then I realized I was massively scammed.
Their site appears as legit in most scam tester sites. And they look legit.
But they are clearly not.
