I ordered last year, received 1 of the 2 items way after the estimated arrival date and I paid for express shipping. The other item was never received. Reached out after a couple of months and was told it was a high demand item. Still never received it half a year later. Sent another email and no response. DO NOT ORDER!!

Worst material ever, don鈥檛 look anything like the pictures. I actually ended up donating the items bought. There was a few pieces i ordered in which they got shipped on different days. Here is the best part. one of the items I ordered after two weeks they emailed me that they were out of stock, I understand situation like such can happen but it took them two weeks to reach out to me in which they offered a credit or refund. I decided to go with the refund. They mentioned the refund can take some time, which again fair enough as majority of these e-commerce sites are the same slow processing system. Their customer service mentioned early sept it was be processed….. fast forward to November 18th…. they gave a bunch of BS and saying their refunds were wiped out of their system, my question to them is how do pending refunds magically disappear from your payment platform….this is crazy to me and BS…. the amount is $21 which is not a significant amount but it鈥檚 the principle of running of proper online website and earning the trust of the consumers!

I have never received my order. After that I reached out to customer service repeatedly and they were constantly asking me to contact my local post office…

Don鈥檛 waste you time and your money on this cheap cloth, bad quality, bad customer service and if you try to return something good luck they ask you to send pictures which that is Ridiculous. The cloth takes forever to come and they will not provide you a tracking number to show when you are going to be expecting your shipment. They are the worst. I learn my lesson

Very bad experience. Purchased the product which looks nothing like the photo, it was too small in size even though I went a size bigger than I normally do, and the strap broke on the second time of wearing it. The company will not give me a full refund (they will not pay or refund shipping costs under any circumstance) and they will give you a full refund only if you pay shipping to return the product to an address in China, which outweighs the cost of the product. The company now fail to provide me with an address for service of court proceedings to be issued in the UK. It鈥檚 a dud company, don鈥檛 buy anything, no matter how nice it might look. The product will be very bad quality, not fit for purpose, it will be faulty or will damage on use, you will have wasted your money and trust me they do not care about customer service and refunding you fully for your loss.

Awful – Product very badly made – awful material – could not possibly ever wear this – looks nothing like the picture on instagram
I would not ever buy from this company ever again
