Ordered 2 books from these jokers November 2015. Both were damaged. Emailed, telephoned on numerous occasions. Not interested. Didn't get a refund or replacement books. Area "manager" Claire very abrupt. Dan Franklin doesn't return calls or emails. Keep clear.
