I purchased a nunu for 拢70 and was told there would be a delay to my order of two week but I never heard from them again despite my emails. I also wrote to them to request a refund and my letter was returned, as the company did not exist!
I later escalated this to trading standards and they were unable to track this company down.
Please, please, please, DO NOT BUY FROM GIFTS & BEYOND! They are fraudsters with no intentions of sending out your goods!!!

Purchased an item before Christmas. Had email off them to say I had been put on a waiting list. Still no item have sent numerous e mails nothing. Can't even find there number now too ring them. ?

I've had the same awful experience as the other reviewers. Ordered goods on February 3rd put on a WAITLIST and received nothing. Sent numerous emails and of course no reply. I hadnt heard of Chargeback until I saw an article on Martin Lewis money website. At the end of the day I am a great believer in Karma and I hope the perpretrators get their "just desserts".Im just waiting to see if my bank refunds my money.

Ordered an item on 4th February and was advised it would be back in stock on 17th February. I agreed to go on WAITLIST. That date came and nothing arrived and I did not receive any communication from them. They took payment on 7th February but did not send me a refund. Sent six emails and five messages on their contact form. Never got a reply. Last week I decided to contact my bank to use Chargeback. I also contacted citizens advice and Trading Standards. This website should be closed down!! Can't understand why it is still trading! So glad I have been able to report this website and perhaps save other people being duped!

As others have said total rip off: haven't replied to my e mails! So glad I paid on my credit card! In comes a section 75 claim to get my money back. There must be something that can be done about this scam.

As other have said please don't buy from this company. Its a total con, order beginning of Feb, mail to say out of stock but available in a few weeks and offered a further 10% discount. Since then nothing. Mailed them numerous times and no reply. no phone number and now see main address is in Portugal. Total con, money lost, so making a section 75 claim to credit card.
Why are sites like this not shut down quickly?

Do not buy anything frim them as all other reviews they said they were out of stock and would deliver following week, they have not. They dint reply to emails and dont have a ohine number ?????.
PLEASE CLOSE WEBSITE DOWN.

Everything that everyone else has said about this fake website is true. Asked if I wanted to go on a waiting list for an order, said I would as it wasn't long (also 17th February!). No responses to emails, there is no telephone number to call. I have sent lots of emails but I know I will not get a response. Next move is to contact the Bank in the hope of getting my money back but not very hopeful. I don't understand how this kind of thing still goes on

Do not give your money to these guys. After buying an item that was shown as "In Stock", I was emailed that the item is not in stock and will be available at a later date. They took the money from the card, never sent the item and never responded to any further communication after.
These guys should be shut down.

I agree with all the people who have reviewed this company! completely disgraceful that they are allowed to get away with this and if you look they have still got their website up and running. I very rarely buy anything off the internet (only Amazon thank goodness) as am always worried in case of situations like this and low and behold here I am with all you other poor people who have been done. I am an OAP and was trying to buy a Vibrapower Board trying to keep the costs down BUT now I will have to shelve it for another time. Will contact my Bank and hopefully I will try and get my money back but won't hold my breathe. Such a shame for other legitimate companies out there. Good luck to everyone out there and are lucky enough to retrieve their money.

Same story as everyone else. Take money, email to say it's out of stock but stock to arrive on 17th Feb would I like to be added to waitlist. Thought it's not long to wait so replied back and was told I was added to waitlist. 17th has come and gone. No items, no replies to the 10 emails I've sent. Reported to action fraud. I've contacted the bank but told I've got to wait 15 working days. Fingers crossed I'll get my money back.

In exactly the same way as other reviewers, we received the email to tell us that what we had ordered was out of stock. We also had a single telephone call to tell us the same thing. When the call finished we did a 1471 to see what the number was. It was 01163180532. When the goods did not arrive as promised we rang the number. After just one ring, it cut off. We became suspicious. As we are just 20 miles from the Hams Hall Distribution estate, we decided to go and look for Plot 40A. After visiting several warehouses we concluded that this address is false; there is no Plot 40A. We looked on Google maps to establish what the "Head Office" was like. It is a small 3 storey private house. We have written a letter to the Portuguese Police to tell them of the suspected fraud. As the website was an https secure site, our bank has said that we will be reimbursed. The bank payment reference was STORE ID4, so the bank know which account drew down the payment.

Same experience. Placed an order on the 7th of February and recieved an email from them saying they are out of stock and expecting the item aproximately on the 17th. Not heard from them since. Very dissapointed. At least they could reply to my two emails. I will call the bank and make a report too. I can't imagine how people like that sleep at night!!

Order placed and accepted. Then out of stock with new date offered. Well that's come and gone. No order no money and no reply to emails. Thanks a lot.
Won't be using this lot again. Hard lesson learnt. Hope people read the reviews BEFORE placing orders. Wish I had. Lost over 拢130.
Action Fraud and Trading Standards have been contacted with regard to this matter and my bank are also investigating the situation. Anyone else in this situation should do the same. Still no word from Gifts and beyond.

This 'company' took my money, and as with other people, I too received all of the emails about being out of stock, option of going on a waitlist, text messages I can't reply to etc etc.There is no UK phone number for them.
What kind of 21st century only uses email to run their business? A fraudulent one of course! It's even more annoying to see the item I ordered still being advertised but now "reduced" in price. I've handed the info over to my bank, the Police and the Trading Standards Authority.

this company is nothing but a rip of they are taking your money then send you a text saying they are out of stock and you never receive you goods and you dont get your refund back i call that fraud so iam now frighting to get my money back got my bank onto it .why give your reviews cause nothing gets done this company is still trading..why

Don't trust this company. They take your money and run. Offer "unbelievable" deals, then surprisingly goods are not available. After many attempts to get refund, nothing, had to revert to bank. I'm sure they will be shut down, don't get suckered in.
Following their reply as anyone will know it doesn't take a week for a refund to be processed by a card company. They have been contacted by Visa…
