Very very bad customer service, they don't answer mails, it's almost impossible to call them, they don't even apologie for their delay in answer. And if you are their customer you are stuck for a year, it work like this: at the end of the assurance, they increase the price, without informing you, the assurance is automatically prolonged and you are stuck with their price. And if you ask to stop the assurance ASAP, because there are other companies with better price and defenitely better customer service, they just tell you to wait until the end of the contract. To me this is fooling people…
I can't wait to leave this company!

They reported that I had two damages on the same part even thought the damage was on the same side, same area, same paint left over from the other vehicle.
Because of this I have to pay double risk even though only one reparation is to be made. When confrunted with hard evidence proving they are wrong, they refused to even continue talking. First and last experience I will have with this company!
Very nice trick to get more money from people that actually believe they are willing to help and be honest!
