Ordered a Radley handbag. Never received any communication from them. Tried to cancel but they have charged my credit card with more money than the original order and cancelled my account details. Definitely China in origin according to my card issuer. Also listed on Radley website as counterfeit – wished I'd seen that before I gave my details!

Site is a scam. They had a site previously on www.horanandwagner.com which has similar reviews for taking more money than advertised and either never supplying a bag or supplying fake Michael Kors bags. They do not respond to emails requesting refunds and I have had to go to my credit card provider to recover the money I had spent. If you have purchased on credit card you should be able to get the money back if you report the scam and provide evidence by way of these and other reviews. I have reported the fraud to police also but doubt there is much to be done as the scammers will simply set up another website. Radley are aware also. Best to avoid this site.
