Global Document Shredding

Global Shredding was great. Arrived promptly. Efficiently hauled all my records out of the basement and shredded on-site. Final estimate was close to estimate, but I had added some shredding after receiving their quote. Brandon and Luis were cordial and polite, worked hard without stopping. I have more shredding needs in the near future; I will definitely use Global again.

Global gave me an online estimate for residential service within minutes, I also made my reservation online, they pleasantly called me to check a detail, I received email and text confirmations/updates, I received another when the truck was on the way, they came to my home, dollied my stuff (about 25 Bankers' Boxes) up my hill to the street, tore it up in a 20' truck in front of my drive (and especially given the hill, I tipped the driver).

The job took about 20 minutes. They shred everything (i.e., paperclips, "gem" clips, binder clips, diskettes, staples) except three-ring binders and boxes. I received invoice/receipt/certificate of destruction online. Global was especially prompt at every phase.

I had a great experience with this company. They fully explained their process and kept me well informed about the arrival of the shredding truck at my home. Five years worth of records were shredded in less than ten minutes! Luis, the technician was very professional and he explained the next steps for the shredded records. You can be sure that I won't dread the process in the future and I will not wait another five years to get rid of all that pesky paperwork that always seems to build up.

Great local, professional company! Jeff, Luis, and Seth were a pleasure to work with! I had about 50 boxes that I kept putting off getting shredded. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment quickly, but I received a text when the driver, Luis, was on the way.

Thank goodness I didn't have to move anything. They came inside,moved everything out to their truck, and shredded everything on site! I have experienced identity theft before, so this was very important for me to know my sensitive documents were destroyed properly.

This is one of the most professional and efficient companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with of recent. I found them online, submitted an email and received prompt service. Luis and his crew called on their way- and they were early!- and within 20 minutes, 20 years' worth of files and documents were gobbled up in their truck. Their name should be on every organizer's and mover's "Rolodex." Highly recommend this company.

Updated this review; although my initial experience was horrific, the management team eventually reached out to solve the problem. My issue was not related to the quality of service in performing the job, but the customer service. Due to the customer service issue and that I was new to the area, my shred job was partially completed. Unfortunately, my shredding still has not been completed, but I've relocated since.

I needed to securely destroy 15 years of documents and files and scheduled an appointment on Thursday for a Monday service call. The team arrived on time, loaded the files onto the truck and shredded everything in less than 20 minutes. Michael and his teammate were professional and very helpful. Great company! Great Service! I needed a fast and convenient way to discard of my financials and other work related PII (person identifying info) before my upcoming move, and these guys took care of it swiftly. They are mobile, so if you want to save a few bucks you'll have to meet them on location, according to their daily schedule (which might not be all that convenient) but they'll come to you if necessary. Because of a scheduling snafu, they were kind enough to come out to my location and shredded 2 full garbage bags worth documents in less than 5 minutes. Actually took me longer to get the documents to the truck than it took to destroy them. Haha. Thanks!!

I was holding on to so many old tax documents, checking accounts, and bills with personal information because I was afraid of identity theft. Global took care of all of it with great service and quick trip for an excellent price! Shredding on site left me with no worries about my information being stolen. Even though I am a residence with minimum shredding compared to businesses, I was treated with professional courtesy and got rid of the dust ridden papers in the process. Thank you Global!

Perfectly convenient. I had a bit more than my shredder could handle. They knocked out 4 large boxes in about 2 minutes.

They can handle projects large and small – ie, bring your bin(s) to the office for a quick one-time shred, or have them set up regular service at your home or office for larger/regular needs – and handle all your document protection and destruction needs. If you're in town, their office (where the trucks are) is conveniently located; they will travel. Pricing is very competitive and security is guaranteed.

Check them out if you're doing things like having a secretary handle your document destruction (is she really doing it properly and securely?), if you have personal documents you need to purge, if, even worse, you're NOT currently destroying sensitive documents, if . . . you get the idea.
