They will not refund the fees once make the payment for any reason. Initially they are nice in phone call till the payment but if anything you change your mind or any questions, they will not respond. I faced difficult situations with them, it's not trustworthy service.
And the form they not do trust worth and not true check and compare with 2-3 consultants before you make choice.

Newly trained people do your filing and they dont have any clue what they are doing. and their charges are very high in the market. Due to lack of experience , response to your simple trivial query will take ages as they do research and get back . I would recommend not to work with this company.
