What bothers with this company is that they are trying to make the image of the global company but truly it is just another china online shop. After 2 months of waiting I have received the video camera which appeared to be really just a toy. I wanted to give it back. it took me half hour just to find their return policy and I was asked to write them email. I got response that I have to send this camera back to china which would cost about 20 euro. i would swallow this but I have found that they are refunding only 70% of the value. so basically the camera I paid 150 minus 20 and minus 50 would give me about 80 euro back and only if the packet would arrive to china in a good shape. I thought that they have their bases all around the world as their name suggest but as I say it is just another china comppany.

I bought the 5th generation Apple TV at a good price. According to the tracking information provided by GlobalCentral, it was dispatched (presumably from China/Hong Kong) a couple of days later and then updates were provided every 24 hours until the package reached a central European courier (DPD). A link was provided to DPD's tracking number and the package was delivered about 3 days later. The total dispatch and delivery time was only 11 days, which is quite good for Ireland and more or less about the same time I'm experiencing when ordering from Amazon UK under the current Covid-19 restrictions and without an Amazon Prime subscription. The product was brand new but didn't have the correct plug for a UK/Ireland outlet. However, that was communicated at the time of dispatch and a suitable plug adapter was included with the package. Given the many negative reviews on this website, I thought I should share my positive experience and make it more balanced.

So amateurs. When i place my order it says that the product was available for shipping. But after one month i haven't receive my product yet. I've send them multiple emails and they always says that the product is ready for shipping. They also refuse to cancel the order and return the money!!!

Its fake…and its recommended by Google .ive bougt a phone ..samsung a50 for 249.on may 23 rd 2019 .after a month i send mail and in response they said ..we didint here from our courier …ok.after one more month …. the same ….ok.after …two months and two weeks i send them an e mail and this time nothing ..nice .they punk me and the took 249.00 鈧?from me .they fake and recommended by Google ..thats killing me .

I ordered Huawei mediapad x2 from this company and it was a good one and started putting my trust on them.Since I got confident on them, I ordered another phone Huawei honor 8 plus but the phone arrived but this time, the phone they sent me is completely in Chinese, I went to YouTube and see how to change the language to English and was done, but now all the apps in the phone is in Chinese and can not be translated in English, I sent them the email for returning the phone and refund, no answer, I did it again and no answer, contacted PayPal, they took long to reply PayPal , I escalated the complain and PayPal told me to send the phone back with tracking back to them in Hong Kong, I followed the tracking and was confirm delivered, PayPal got back my money and am claiming my return postage to them too.
Was shock after read review about them in trust pilot and I realised my mistake, Do not use them, the will buy time until you run out of time, they never wanted to take back the phone which can't be use in UK, they started I wanted that particular phone even though I do not understand Chinese.
