They have deleted my poor reviews two times and although I confronted them, asking for a reason, that, they never replied to me with a reason.
Ratemystudyabroad.com has the option of forwarding applications to universities, and as they presumably get money for that, it is within their interest only to keep the best reviews.
In 2013 in the western world, this is at best pathetic, at worst fraud.
