I ordered a phone and paid through Internet Banking. The payment was done and money has been deducted from my account, but I didn't get any message from GOBOL
When I called on their Customer Care no., a guy picked up the call and
First of all he told me that he couldn't do anything because I didn't get any message on my e-mail id from GOBOL.
Then after arguing for a few minutes, he asked my name and then told me about my order no. and after that he told me that it's my mistake that I didn't get message of confirmation.
Wao. I think what he told s actually right. It's really my fault that I thought to buy from the so called company GOBOL and I am a fool that I paid it upfront without thinking about the credibility of this company. Really, I should curse myself for BELIEVING in GOBOL.
Even the way the Customer Care Executive was talking to me was insane. He was not at all cooperative. Even he clearly told that there was no point in discussing these things. Great. I deserve this type of treatment because I believed in GOBOL.
Fantastic. I can never imagine even in my dreams that such kind of SERVICE & TREATMENT to customers even exist anywhere in the world.

And finally it has lesser (6 month) warranty compared to normal phone.
Compared to other online seller (fresh item), the price is only Rs. 700 less.
Horrible Gobol Customer care experience when I try to get the clarification.
a) Worst 3rd class, duplicate and cheap quality product
b) Worst customer service
The products are :
1) Dell Laptop Latitude ( Refurbished)
2) Phillips CD Player. ( Carton Damaged)
I got the laptop , the packing seems to very good .then to my shock I discovered that , The charger which they sent is a duplicate charges and not from Dell…. I should have returned the product then itself, but as It was working fine , it was ok for me.
After few days , The real problem started , I discover that the keyboard is not working properly , I can not type Q, A , Z , tab and numeric 1 , some time it works , and some time It wont , and then I also realized that , there is another problem with the sensitivity of the touch pad , in a nut shell , they were not working properly.
I contacted the customer care asking them to look into the problem , they assured that they will send some person to look into it , 2 days passed , one week passed ,and then one month ,nobody turned out , at one point I was assured that , if no body comes to check the problem with in 48 hours , they will take back the product and return my money ,but to my horror after the passage of 48 hours
when i called them , they totally denied of any commitment of taking back the laptop , as per there story , they say, they have a return policy of 7 days only, which itself sounds ridicules. Totally annoying and unprofessional attitude. I am still fighting my laptop war.
Another product which ordered from gobol was a Phillips sound box , as it was under the carton damage category , I was assured that , only the external carton will be in bad condition , and product will be in good working condition with the manufacturer warranty.
I got this delivery very very late , which was fine for me , I was satisfied that atleast I got the product was packed properly . When I opened the package , to my horror , I discovered that the power cable is duplicate ( Ok Ok for me , as it was working) , there was no manufacturer warranty card , no user manuals , nothing but the cd player and a duplicate power cable , it was clear that , the product was tampered. I realized that ,It was a dead product and packed in a damaged carton and sent to me . This time they made a double profit from cd player and carton also by sucking peoples money.
I thought , atleast if the product is fine ,I will be happy , I switched it on ,Thank god, the FM was working fine. Now the real test , The CD player , ………………………….. again .. to my horror , I found that , I am having the worst CD player in the world , I tried with different audio CD, but of no use , the motor of the CD player itself in not working ….a BIG BIG flop story , I felt as if I am the most stupid person of the world and gobol is laughing at me for trusting them.
I immediately called them and sent a mail to take the product back , which they arranged a pick up.
My personal advice , NEVER EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM GOBAL , its always better to buy a new product or if money is the constrain they better to buy from a known person and check properly before buying.
I was extremely happy to buy it at a discount of 43% and that too with just a minor blemish on its screen. It was functioning as good as a new phone.
So, ultimately I find gobol.in a very helpful website for those people who have a limit on their pockets but still want a good branded item with a proper
