No way of tracking my order! Says its not found. I have email with my order number and its been weeks. They just took my money. Can't get a hold of a live representative. Shady shady company! Stay clear.

I was super excited when I placed my order. I received it yesterday and to my surprise they sent me the wrong product. Not only that I placed an order for a customized case and they sent the display that鈥檚 was shown online. I emailed and haven鈥檛 received a response. I am extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever!! I ordered 3 cases a whole month ago and I have got nothing! I just want my money back now. It was supposed to be a gift, for a birthday two weeks ago now.

My 2 phone cases never came. It鈥檚 been almost 2 months after all the efforts of trying to contact seller. I got response one time promised to send me and then nothing. I wish I could get a refund but I doubt it.

I ordered my product on May 13th and still have no product and keep getting the same email from them . Nothing telling where my order is and when I might get it. To just wait a little longer because of the Pandemic. Can't track order and no other replies on where my order is !! 馃槨 I understand that it might take a little longer but this is stupid !! Its been almost 4 weeks !!

I ordered a case on confirmation of the order I noticed the wrong case was selected. I emailed them straight away 5 days ago & they still haven鈥檛 replied. Keep away from this company!

After placing my order over a month ago I have still not received my phone case. When I go to track it the shipment is still processing. I have contacted customer services multiple times with no luck or a simple reply. This phone case cost me over 拢25 with shipping… very disappointed

I have already sent 2 emails including the details and order number, and have had no reply! I鈥檓 sure another email won鈥檛 make any difference…

My phone cases didn't take too long to arrive, since I was warned that there was a delay due to the covid-19, I was prepared. The only thing I did not really like were the ''gifts'' included with my phone case. I would have preffered a free phone case like (buy 2 get one free) then sticker and postal cards that I won't even use as much. But overall statisfied. Thank you gocase!

Ordered my case at the weekend on the order confirmation I notice the wrong phone was selected so I contacted them immediately as it is a personalized case. I have continued to try & make contact with them with no reply.
I get short staff & delays but 3 days & still no reply makes me think they must have some amount of complaints coming through.
I鈥檓 only sorry I gave them the benefit of doubt & didn鈥檛 cancel my order when I noticed the problem.

Got a reply below, did as they asked & still no response. Never deal with this company they are the worst customer service!

I placed an order several weeks ago and the website said my case would be here in 5-8 business days now it has been a few weeks and I don鈥檛 know where my purchase is.

It has now been over a month around 3 weeks ago they replied and said it would be 5 to 8 business days. It鈥檚 still not here.

I ordered a case from them 3 weeks ago I paid 拢30 for it and still haven鈥檛 received it I email them they say they are looking into it for me but nothing , can鈥檛 track them either it鈥檚 terrible the worst I鈥檝e ever used will never buy from them again they make excuses and don鈥檛 give you a straight answer if I don鈥檛 get it in 2 day鈥檚 I will seek legal advice

My order # is 1734039018803, I ordered on March 18 and I still haven鈥檛 received my order yet. I waited and no response. This is definitely a fraud and I want my money back! I emailed their page on Facebook, Instagram and also the Gocase website there was been no help!! Why you guys keep posting and advertising your stuff but don鈥檛 send out orders to your customers?

Placed my order for the classical rose initial glitter phone case and the wanderlust phone case on 16th April and received them today 29th April, 2 days earlier than expected given the 3 working days for production and 4 to 8 working days for delivery post shipping. The tracking number I received did not work when I clicked on the link but I checked their 'how delivery works' section which said that the delivery is by DHL. So I went onto the DHL website and tracked my parcel this way with my tracking number. Screenshot is available under the how delivery works section on the gocase website. Very happy with the phone covers but was expecting the cases to be completely smooth and the classical rose glitter initial case is not. The Initial is raised and you can feel the glitter which could easily get damaged. Otherwise, a very happy customer 馃榾

I ordered a few cases over a month ago. By their online info I should have had it over a week ago. But also I should have gotten a shipment notification about 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them more than 4 times and all I really get is an automated response. I am so frustrated. I want to know how I can get a response and my cases!

I placed my order on the 4th April, was told it had been shipped on the 7th and yet I still haven鈥檛 got it! I was so excited to receive my phone case but think I need to face reality that it鈥檚 not coming. In that case I would like a full refund! I have also emailed and messaged Gocase only to receive nothing but automated emails back. This is very sad and reading all the reviews on here it鈥檚 not just me that it happened to!

I ordered 16 days ago. Received a confirmation email and yet my order still hasn't even been posted despite paying 拢5 for delivery! I've sent three messages to which I've had one automated response asking me to reply to the email. I did and have not had a response. Absolute shambles of a company!! I'm fully aware of the current situation and how it is delaying deliveries etc but Gocase haven't even bothered to post it out yet!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would as so far 1 star is 1 too many! Please don't bother buying from this company. Save your money and read these terrible reviews. I certainly wish I had!!

Absolutely shocking company I have ever come across I have waited a month for my cases no response sent 5 emails how the hell can a company run like this I will never ever EVER buy from this company AGAIN should of read reviews before purchasing, ebay have quicker cases come from china that here I'm am so angry I just want a refund but can not get a response the owner or manager should be ashamed of themselves honestly a shambles of a place 馃が

I had a choice of waiting for this covid thing to be over or send you guys 12usd to change it to express delivery which i did a week ago and still havent got a response from you.

I ordered almost 2 months ago. I
I never got an order number or confirmation,still no phone case.
When I e-mailed the Go Case Company they claimed they didnt have an order with that E-Mail.
After getting on this site,I see why I never got one.
My opinion we should start a class action law suit.

Its been over a month, ive sent emails and heard back nothing. At this point, I dont even want the case, I want a refund
