Complete wasters, how can they be allowed to trade, somebody shut them down once and for all.

Ordered face masks at the end of July, still not arrived two months later. Contacted GoGroopie and informed the voucher had expired but 'as a good will gesture' they would give me a voucher for 25% of my original order. How on earth can this be a legitimate business. NEVER again and be warned. Would have given nil stars if that had been an option.

I fell over three times and had to go to hospital for injured ligaments!!! They have no support at the back. And you will fall heavily and really injure your yourself like I did

Think these guys are a Scam outfit. Ordered a watch and they quoted 14 days delivery. Took the money within minutes of my order but over 14 days later nothing. Tried to contact them and they refered me to their merchant (Bag a Bargain), nothing. I was contacted through Petrol Prices who have links on their website. Be cautious as I don't think you will get your goods. I am now going to report them to my Credit Card company.

I orderd a sat nav from gogroupie, they took the money but know sat nav arrived .
I tried to contact them but was unable to do this.
They kept asking for a voucher code and when I could not enter it in the box as it was stopped.
And then to make matters worse they asked for 拢7 p&p.
This company is a scam dont get caught like me leave well alone.

Fraudulent Company
They sell poor quality products, they don't care about you once they collect payment, you cant call them because they don't have phone number, they will ask you to send mail but they never reply. I bought a divan bed with mattress, they deliver fake product and I have made all efforts to return it but not successful, they will query and question you forever. BE WARNED, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH GOGROOPIE, THEY ARE FRAUD.

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP. Follow-up on my recent review. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST GOGROOPIE. Apparently you can not contact Trading Standards anymore. You have to go through Citizens Advice. So I contacted them and they said "You have to keep to their Terms & Conditions" I said OK, but they won't let me. They've found a loophole that if you don't send them (so called) postage within 28 days they just keep your money. So they are very happy for you not to be able to pay "postage", and then to ignore your emails. Anyway, Citizens Advice agreed to forward my complaint but said don't expect a reply. So we all need to contact Trading Standards (through Citizens Advice) with our compaints about gogroopie.co.uk

I was referred to a deal for bluetooth ear buds by petrolprices.com who I foolishly trusted. The deal looked good so I ordered two. Gogroopie then issued 2 vouchers and consequently charged me 2 x 拢3.99 delivery charges. I did not know this until only one set of ear buds arrived. What a con. The product sent can be bought for under 拢3 with free delivery from Aliexpress. To add insult to injury these kept dropping the signal and then broke after one days use. Customer service are unobtainable and never reply. Gogroopie must be chinese for "complicated rip off process". Rare these days to get an absolutely criminal blatant rip off, but that is what you get from gogroopie.

i bought a drone it does not work and to make things worse they had a special pay 拢10 they showed a lot of good products and said they send at random yes they were write they were sending out old out of date selfies that do no fit 2020 phones they were for 2015 in my local market at 拢 1.99 not 拢10 so they made %500 profit and sold old stock be careful when buying from this on line store for cmplaints go to 100 borough high street there officeses

Ordered 2 silver diamonte bracelets. Paid 拢4.99 for postage when cost was 75p to post.
Bracelets were cheap suspected plastic painted silver. Can't return as they don't refund postage and I would have to pay to return so no point.

I ordered a extendable hedge trimmer as the price was very good, I had not used GoGroopie before so I was a bit nervous as the reviews were pretty awful, so when they took two payments out for the one item I thought here we go they are dodgy what have I done.!
But to be fair they answered my emai promptly and refunded me the extra payment very swiftly. The hedge trimmer was delivered promptly and is what was advertised, it works well.
So I can only Say GoGroopie were very good and on my experience I would recommend.

Ordered a 1TB SD card and when it arrived it was only a 8GB with 1TB labelled on it ripping customers off, not recommended

I think it's rather odd that when I made a complaint about one of their merchants and ask for a refund the daily emails with the latest offers has stopped. They do not supply the goods themselves they use other companies. And by checking some of the companies they use on trust pilot the reviews have been very unfavourable
So if I should get any more emails from them (which I'm sure I won't) I will delete them immediately. And that goes for mighty deals and wowcher too as they use the same merchants.

Absolutely discusting company! I brought a console for my little. Boys birthday in February which his birthday was the 16th June and Di not arrive in that time I emailed them and didn't get a reply untill 3 weeks after my sons birthday slto. Say the item had been lost. Would you like a replacement to which I said yes they told. Me it was on its way and had confirmation of this. Its now the 30th July and still not console. I payed 拢30 plus 拢3.99 postage and packaging. I HAVE EMAILED AGAIN. The company is shocking I can't conatxt them via telephone so. You have to email and hope they reply which seems to take weeks/ months. I feel like I've been conned to be honest. I'm very angry and upset.

I ordered a couple of things from Groupie and found that it worked out about the same price after postage was added. The communication is very poor with the customer services. The quality of goods appears better on the site but poor when you receive it. Am sure most of the goods come from China.
The return policy is VERY complicated and unclear.
Have raise PayPal case.
Avoid.

I ordered a tablet holder which didn't arrive when I contacted support they replied after about ten days and advised that their reseller advised that I provided the wrong address. This is a lie as I had to pay for the payment on my card. I have been trying to get a refund from an order I placed in April 2020. Please do not order items from this company as they operate fraudulent activities and try to keep your monies for items not received. I will report this to my business bank who will refund me back my monies. Contact your bank and report this fraud this company has to stop stealing innocent people's money.

I ordered earbuds from Go Groopie through Petrol Prices.com on 27 April. After the delivery period had more than passed, I e-mailed the suppliers SecretStorz. A new set were ordered. They never arrived either & I was told each time that they could see on their systems that they had allegedly been despatched. Eventually, having had enough I
cancelled the irder & asked for a refund. That was about 3 wks ago.
My advice is DO NOT use Go Groopie. They are worse than useless. Their customer support (only available online馃檲) is non existent. Stay well clear. I don鈥檛 understand why petrolprices.com have any association with this fly by night company. I would give them zero stars but that wasn鈥檛 possible.

What a con, wish i had read reviews before ordering from them. i placed an order in early May, which didnt arrive, i then queried and they said they would send replacement, and guess what that didnt arrive either!!!
Now having real problem getting the refund, this must be the biggest con website ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – CON ARTISTS

I would give this company minus 10 stars if i could!!! Wish I鈥檇 read all the reviews before I parted with my money – very confusing company to deal with, and totally unscrupulous – DONT EVER be tempted to deal with this company!!!

GoGroopie is a terrible company to use for any discounts/vouchers.

We were offered a voucher through the Bounty Pregnancy app. I purchased the item for close to 拢25 pound only to find out after a week that it was a purchase for a voucher I then had to redeem for a further 拢3.99.

After paying the 拢3.99, seeing as I was already in for 拢25, the website errored and did not provide a voucher code. I logged a support ticket as requested and waited for 5 working days to get an answer. Got nothing back from them so requested it be refunded.

I didn't hear anything back for 16days. At which point they've told me we are now outside the 14day cancellation period and can no longer get the cash back. They also waited another 4 days to reply when questioned so we are now outside the vouchers validity period so it can longer be refunded at all.

They essentially take your money and ignore you until their policy gives them a reason to refuse giving your money back.

I'll be going through my bank and PayPal to see what I can get back and reaching out to bounty that are pushing soon to be parents their way to be fleeced of any money.

I ordered a solar powered battery charger on 16/5/2020 did not arrive I contacted them four times all they did was to tell me to contact the seller myself,did not care themselves ,I would tell everyone I know not to deal with such a rubbish rip off company

I ordered some soap in March and it never arrived, it's now June 18th. They lie through their teeth and are seriously dishonest. I can only conclude this is a scam, they took my money and did not deliver. Avoid like the plague is my recommendation

these people are really bad to deal with. the only thing they are really good at is taking your money. don't expect to get the goods you bought and paid for. My next call is trading standards.
