I purchased 100oz of silver eagles around March 20, 2020. They sent me 5 tubes that we taped shut. The timeliness was good, and the coins were as-described except one problem….one of the tubes only had 19 coins. I emailed them 5 times, the first couple being very polite, and couldn't even get a response at all. I called once, was put on hold for 20 minutes, then the line disconnected. Sleazy operation. Caveat Emptor.
