Just a recommendation to whomever owns stock in this company….I always read customer reviews and I can usually spot when someone is exaggerating in their complaint and will take some complaints with a grain of salt. This was the case with some of the reviews and complaints on your site. However, after reading the replies from "Jaimi" I have decided not to place my order. Regardless of the ridiculousness of the complaints, the person representing your company, in these responses, is childish and unable to manage professional communication with your clients. Instead they are condescending, snarky, and over-sensitive. Someone in customer must have a thick-skin, realize that the best way promote the company's image is to respond politely and do all you can to make the customer feel as though their issue has been resolved to their satisfaction (even when it has not). The person must have finesse! One final tip, it's quite obvious when a positive review is being written by a friend or colleague (or self), such as the one by "Mike Culver". The wording to describe "Jaimi" was clearly in response to the negative responses about him/her. My suggestion would be to make these reviews less puffed up, i.e., "Jaimi is a wonderful resource to have in a customer service position". Jaimi's name is not a common spelling, it's very unlikely "Mike" just happened to get the spelling correct. If you, the stockholder of this company, have hired friends to work for you, know that they are hurting your revenue and reputation. If you just happen to have hired some bad apples, I'd cut them loose.

I just called 鈥渃ustomer service鈥?due to a package never shipping nor received. Called them and the person answered was exceptionally rude by talking over me and interrupting me multiple times with excuses and defenses as to why the company was inefficient and told me she was not at all concerned what I thought. She was very shrill and unprofessional.

I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor. The person claimed to be the owner of the company (he acted as though he was having a defensive relationship with her) and he was unprofessional and rude as well. This is a company that is not concerned with customers nor taking a proper business posture or positive communication with customers. Additionally, their people answering customer service telephone lines are full of excuses for not timely shipping packages.

I will never order from them again and nor should you the reader…vote by taking your dollars somewhere else.

This company has no customer service just lip service. BUYER BEWARE AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! As a consumer, I just want to get what I paid for in the size I paid for. If the size is too small, I should be able to send it back but this company wants to sell you a UPS sticker for $12 to send back plus a re-stocking charge of $15. The vest only cost $15 to start with. I am better off giving it to Goodwill than be out more money with a company that won't stand behind what they are selling.

My "new" golf shoes were a $57 bargain because they were actually factory seconds. (The New Balance logo was razor cut and peeled off the shoe box.) For something minor, like a cosmetic blemish, I would chalk it up to experience and get on with playing golf. In this case, one round in, the sole started peeling off the shoe. Then, after I paid $13 to return ship the garbage they issued a $26 refund. PayPal dispute filed and YOU have been warned.

After receiving the wrong size vest, I was told to take pictures. GolfEtail has no customer support. So if your order isn鈥檛 right, they won鈥檛 help you. Now I paid for two vests and can wear one. Last time for me GolfEtail

I recently ordered some apparel from Golfetail. Due to an input error on my part the order was cancelled.

I contacted Jaimi in customer service to assist me . She immediately analyzed the reason for cancellation and sent me a link to place a replacement order. Her assistance was prompt and very courteous. My problem was resolved and the new order was placed and processed quickly.

I live in the Midwest and was surprised how quick I received the merchandise.

Jaimi is a wonderful resource to have in a customer service position.

I will do business with GolfEtail again.

This store is a rip off. I ordered a pair of golf shoes. they sent the wrong size. I had to then pay the return shipping for $12.20 and a re-stocking fee. So, my $52 purchase only returned $35. This company is a scam.

I ordered a driver from GolfEtails. I thought I was getting the older model, but was surprised when it came and was a newer model. It was exactly what I ordered. It's probably just that the picture was the older model. I love the driver. It also arrived sooner than promised.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of Skecher Golf Shoes. I wore them for a few holes and there was no support at all in the show and got blisters. I contacted the company, and because I had worn them, they wouldn't take them back or even give me a credit. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I will never wear. Horrible customer service.

I couldn't ever count the number of items I have purchased thru this site, but it's a big number. If there are any problems or sizing issues with what you get, they take care of it very easily with their customers. Everything you get from them is as first class as the manufacturer has made it….nothing damaged or abused. VERY GOOD company to deal with.

I ordered golf clubs the week before Christmas. They were guaranteed to arrive by December 23rd. I paid the extra shipping cost to have them 2nd day air shipped. They didn't arrive until December 27th. I tried to call Golfetail several times and had to leave messages. I also sent them several messages online. I still haven't heard back. So disappointing!

I never write reviews, but came across this site and read the negative reviews. I have been ordering from GolfEtail for over ten years and never once had a problem. One time I needed to return 3 shirts and the process went smoothly. I have also utilized their golf club trade- in division and that also went smoothly.

I ordered golf gloves and a hat — never received them — emailed them multiple times and they would never respond – I have done prior business with them for the past couple of years — I will never do business with these people again and will post as many bad reviews where ever I can – all they care about is getting their money and don't care if the products get delivered or not

I have purchased several items from this company and have until recently had been mostly satisfied, at least until my last purchase. I bought a gps watch from them and within days of receiving it they placed it on sale for $24 cheaper. I contacted them and even though they say on their web site that they provide excellent customer service, they refused to provide me with even basic customer service. I will never purchase from this site again and would not recommend anyone else purchase from them either!

I bought an item online and changed my mind 20 minutes later. I called the company during business hours immediately…and no one answered the phones. I then sent an email to the returns address and never got a reply. I then had to take receipt of the item and pay to send it back and pay a restocking charge. Ridiculous.

Absolute joke. Don't buy anything from them. Their idea if customer service is ridiculous. The ad that was sent to me was a "flash sale" for either a hybrid rescue club or a 5w fairway wood for $39. I chose the 5w fairway wood. What was sent to my house was a 3w, which I had already purchased from them. When I called about switching the product for the 5w, I am told "oh, that is just a stock photo" when you click on the choice to order, it only pops up as a 3w and that is what you clicked." So, now, I am stuck paying this joke of a firm to return their club because they use "stock photos".

I was sent a "flash sale" for either a rescue hybrid club or a 5w fairway wood. Or, at least, that is what it showed in the photo. What showed up on my doorstep was a 3w. When I called about switching it out for the 5w (which is what I thought I bought because it was in the photo) I was told, "oh, we just use stock photos. When you click on the photo you clicked 3w when you ordered". Seriously?! So, now I am stuck paying to return a club that I didn't want in order to get a refund. Poor customer service and deceptive sales practices. Use another online retailer. Many honest places to choose from. Just no these guys.

I was hesitant to make such an expensive order from a site I had never heard of, and honestly when I see ads from Facebook marketplace, I get even more weary, but GolfEtail has pleasantly surprised me. Most of the other reviews that were negative were typically apparel related, or customer stupidity by ordering the wrong thing and then getting mad at the site. I ordered a set of Cobra King F8 irons and a King F8 Driver. I paid just shy of 400$ less than what the local Golf Galaxy was charging for the same set of clubs. I received the order in 9 days (shipping said 6-10) and all the clubs were exactly what I ordered. Will be buying from this site again. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, retail customers aren't always right.

I recently purchased a set of Cobra King F8 Irons (5-GW) from Golfetail. I began the process by asking two questions about the clubs and received timely and well-informed answers. After comparing prices, I purchased and received the clubs in five business days, two days before scheduled delivery.
These clubs look and feel great. The best part is Golfetail beat all other retailers by $70. If you are looking for golf equipment at the best price, I highly suggest Golfetail.

Strange with some of the comments – I have personally ordered several hundreds of dollars in items from Golfetail over the years and have never once had an issue. Once or twice the special buy item was sold out, and as disappointing it is after ordering, my refund was processed quickly and an email sent my way. Supply and demand – I get it. I will continue to purchase from this business and shop their sales any day! Thank you for my personally great experience.

I just purchased a brand new set of Taylormade Rocketbladez (4-PW) for $269 delivered (on sale)! My local Golf Galaxy is charging $399 for the same set. The clubs shipped from CA to SW Florida and took 10 calendar days to arrive. No problems whatsoever with the order process. I did receive a phone call just to confirm the shipping address because I live in a newer built community. The box and clubs arrived without any damage, were exactly the item I purchased, and no problems at all with the seller. I am a very satisfied customer and just placed another order.
