Ive never written a negative review before but wanted to save someone else the same problem I encountered. I purchased two separate orders and was excited about them; however, that excitement quickly went away after I saw the negative reviews. Wish I would have looked at them first but trusted all the bloggers promoting this website. I told them to cancel both my orders immediately (I sent multiple emails with little to no response from reps). They ended up sending both my orders despite trying to cancel them before they shipped. I only received one and the other one has been in LA a few days according to tracking. I told them I was returning the order I received but the rep stated I could only get store credit because it was 25% off. Unacceptable service and not worth the hassle. Order from vicidolls, free people, urban outfitters, and hellomolly.
