Am a College student and have given quite a few assignments to gotoassignmenthelp previously. They were pretty decent when completing them. But this time I gave them a research question which was suppose to be completed in 24 hours. First off, they handed over the assignment late. Donot expect more than 50% marks in any of your work done by them. They will tell you that master level experts are preparing it but when you will look at sentence structure, u will realise who actually wrote it. Highly unprofessional( never add title page, page number, formatting stuff). They'll just give you a low grade paper in the end.

At the beginning of February, I engaged the GOTO assignment helper hoping that they can lessen my burden. As I was worried about being a scam, I have requested them to update me part by part at the mid of March. They promised that I will get an update by the end of March. I have waited until the beginning of April and I still have not received any updates yet, so I decided to pm their Facebook page. I received a reply saying that they have already updated me by 29 March. This is very disappointing as they should update me immediately so any amendments can be made immediately. As their policy is to pay the remaining balance before getting the work, I have paid but I didn't get the full document needed. Again, I have to pm on their Facebook page to get an answer. After I get the full document, I asked why there is no PPT included. The reply was I didn't require them to do so, if there is a need to do the PPT, they will charge me, RM 1XXX.
I show my lecturer the work done and I got scolded by my lecturer. Saying that the quality of the work done is poor, grammar is weak and I will fail for sure. I copy the comment and send it to them with a good sample attached. The reply I got was "kindly advice what you want, this is followed already". If the work done is good enough I will not get a reply like this right? I waited for about one week, again, no reply. I have to pm their Facebook page AGAIN, and the reply was "please reply again at the dashboard". The reply I received from the dashboard was "kindly share the sample". Which I already attached previously and they said they already followed the sample?
Again I waited until the beginning of May, I receive no reply. Again, I have to pm their Facebook page to get an answer. And what I received was "you will get it in 24 hours", and I only received the revised solution two days later. UNPUNCTUAL. And I got scolded by my lecturer again. I copied my lecturer's comment and offer them to complete the work within one week. The reply was, "whatever you are adding in you every feedback if you want it according to that price quote varies. Also, the guidelines are now different from the initial one. That cannot be done. Whatever could have been done done already. If you need anymore changes you need to pay extra." They asked an additional RM 150 for the amendments. I have paid RM 1060 for the work. I received the revised solution TWO WEEKS later than promised. Again, my lecturer was very dissatisfied with the work done. The submission deadline is getting closer and closer, so I asked them to add on the elaborations and I will do the rest. They were very reluctant to do so and keep on mentioning that the work done is ready for submission. If that's the case, why would I receive comments like this? So, as they didn't revise till satisfied, I have asked for a refund, but they don't want. In the end, I was unable to submit the work. I believe everyone engages the expert to lessen the burden, but for the whole period I was under pressure, I was unable to sleep well. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Their so-called good review was written by their management and writers.

Please do not trust this website and their fake writers. Their so-called good reviews are written by their own management and writers. I have paid $110 for an assignment, they failed my paper and therefore I have requested for a refund. The very least they could do is to compensate. Then, they asked me for proofs to prove that I actually failed which I have provided ALL OF THE PROOFS. They kept delaying my refund and they block me from their live chat, even though I have used a few other computers to chat with them, each of them got blocked as well. Definitely a scam. Waited for more than 2 weeks, no response at all.

They are a fraud. They took my money and did not work on my project according to the order form and now blaming me that the order form was wrong where it is same as they resend me. They don't answer you for a day at least. It is hard to get in touch with them. They have only 2 people working their one is * and second is * I did wait for than 16 hours to get a response. Don't go to them you will be stuck and waste money. I did pay for 6 assignments and got only 2 done right and one was totally out of way and 3 are still pending.
