Communication is slow, difficult, and sometimes very confusing since no one there speaks english fluently. Actual return policies are authoritarian and medieval. They really don't care much about customer experience. They don't stand behind what they sell. Item is defective? Send it back at *your* expense and *only* if you haven't used it. Ludicrous!
All in all may be OK for local customers, but as an european supplier there is a lot of room for improvement, specially in terms of after-sales service.
CONS: A bit pricey on some items, customer communication minimal. Despatch and delivery times could be better.
