Great support from Hauppauge Dartford on my mySmarthome controller which was refusing to go back online having worked initially.

They asked me to send it in to them, they got it working, updated the firmware and sent it back.

When it still did not work at my end they correctly diagnosed a power supply problem which went away when I tried the 5v power supply from my Hudl tablet instead of the original one.

They manufacture some of the industry's best HD-PVR's in the business. I have owned and migrated many people into using them versus using Tivo. Great product and safe website.
They host drivers and software for all of their product lines and support is great.
