Flip flops broke after just a few weeks of use. Customer services offered a 10% discount on my next pair?!! and will not exchange or refund.
Very disappointing. There are better made flip flops to opt for and for less money.
Havaianas customer service shocking and a waste of time, they do not answer any questions about the expected life span of their products, so dont expect long.
Will not be buying from this company again.

After my own bad experience and reading the reviews below Havaianas鈥?website looks like a scam and should be reported to the authorities for investigation. I bought 3 pairs on 11/7. They were never delivered. Custumer Service confirmed the warehouse received the Havaianas on 30/7 as UPS could not deliver or didn鈥檛 not find my home. It is unclear what happened. I work from home and receive deliveries all the time. Therefore, it is odd that UPS could not find my home. They said that it would take 10 business days for processing the refund after it arrived at the warehouse. Then after another call it was 15 business days. Today is 20/8, and I still haven鈥檛 received a refund and they cannot guarantee when the monies will be refunded to my account. I鈥檝e called 6 times and always get the same customer鈥檚 service representative, which I find odd. He keeps giving excuses why the refund has not been made. Shocking that such a company can keep fooling customers and have a website trading. I can鈥檛 believe this is the real Havaianas, which is such a big company with global reach.
How can we report this to the authorities so they can investigate and this website stops stealing from other customers?

I bought a pair of flip flops on Sunday for my son鈥檚 birthday. The flip flops did not fit him and he needed a larger size. On Wednesday we returned to this store to get a larger size. They no longer had the style that we had chosen for him. So he picked out another flip-flop that fit. The flip-flop he chose was R$3 less than the first. The store would not give me MY money back or a credit to use the next time I come in. I have been a faithful customer to the store and many other Havaiana stores over the years. They are robbing thousands possibly millions of R$ from their customers every year. This is wrong! Neither the manager nor the office worker were willing to help. And when I suggested that I buy something else in the store so I could get my R$3 and then they give me R$3 discount, they said I was wrong. You see, they are not willing to give R$3 of their money but they will Force their customers to lose their own hard earned money!

The product itself is great but they really need to work on the online process.

The refund is not for free and once the order is placed you cannot cancel.

I will not buy anything else unless they improve the services.

Received my havaianas today, perfect,genuine product.Was worried as I only read reviews after I ordered them. Very fast tracked delivery. Size guide accurate on website, will be ordering again.

I purchased multiple pairs of Havaianas and one pair arrived faulty. The straps are twisted and if I try to wear them they dig into the top part of my foot resulting in sever irritation. If i were to walk for 5 minutes or more they would eventually cut the skin.

I contacted Havaianas via their online form and this is their response.

"My colleagues from the quality department confirmed that your Havaianas are not considered defective, since the straps can be adjusted with your hands to adapt it to the natural form of the flip flop.

The Havaianas are made out of rubber, which is a very flexible material that might lose the original form while on the box. On the other hand, this material is one of the things that makes Havaianas so comfortable!

So here's a quick tip to fix this issue: just place your straps like the ones you can find in the attachment, then block them with a clip, a clothes peg or something similar. After a day in that position, your Havaianas will be confortable again!

If you are in hurry, you can always use an hair dryer on the straps while they are in that position to speed up the process.

If you have any kind of doubt please don't hesitate to ask.

It's certainly not my job to use a hairdryer to fix a badly produced flip flop and even though I tried, it hasn't worked and contradictory to your email, the rubber is very hard and cannot be remolded by me.

I don't even want a refund, i simply want you to take back the faulty pair and replace them with a good pair.

My flip flops took over three weeks to arrive and only arrived after I called UPS to give them my correct address. Havaianas had instructed UPS with only Crewe UK. This is not the address I gave them. The customer service took 1 week to get back to me by then I had sorted it myself at the expense of a 25 minute phone call to a premium rate number. Do not buy from them. Cowboy service.

Do not! I repeat do not! purchase off of their website! You can find these in any shops down shore. Amazon also has them and are very easy to return.
This is the second order from their website that I received damaged flip-flops and they have horrible customer service. I will never purchase from their website again. They should allow you to send a picture to show the damage and then refund you immediately or send you a new pair. They do not help you at all except to tell you they will send you a label and you must wait 4 weeks for credit And they will not send you a new pair you must place a new order. Forget it! I will find a new brand or purchase in the store only where I can see them!

I have send a item back for 1 month ago now, they have signed and get the item back 3 weeks ago really fast to sign but they dont answer message, have sent 6 message and no answer me, and i have no refund get.

I have realize i dont think i get my money back, they stealIng your money!

Dont buy anything at Havavainas, they not deserve to have a Company when they stealing from people, so unserious Company!!!

Horrible customer service! Mark doesn't know anything. I cannot speak to supervisor or US represent. Mark is only one who is handling the entire Havaianas store! This people have no brain to understand that postal office was closed last month, due to COVID. These kinds of companies do not go well afterward.

Bought several pairs of havaianas, there was a discounted price on their website at the checkout. After several days, they sent me an e-mail that this was a techical problem. What t f???? Are you selling or not??? Don麓t trust them, they are a scam. Now they are offering me a discount for the next sale. I dont want a discount, I want what I bought and paid!!

From what I read on this site, I will personaly never buy anything from their site.

SCAM! I ordered from Havaianas, paid for expedited shipping and the flip flops NEVER ARRIVED! This was a gift so that makes this even more upsetting. The scam part of this is that Havaianas, even though they sent me an email on the day after the order was placed stating that the package shipped and supplied a tracking number, will NOT REFUND the shipping portion of the order! I paid for 5-7 days shipping and they keep telling me that there is "48 hours processing" in addition to those 5-7 days. I have no problem with that statement accept that they are trying to add the up 48 hours onto the shipping time after they have handed off the package to the shipper. Complete nonsense! After telling me this, the customer service agent from Havaianas then says that the shipping time does not include weekends!!! What?!
I wish I was telling you that we love the flip flops. I really do, but I can't. Do yourself a favor; spend a little more, order from Island Slipper. I ordered from them on the same day as Havaianas and Island Slipper shipped from Hawaii to my home, for FREE in 5 days. I will never buy anything Havaianas again, and will be certain to tell anyone who will listen about my horrible experience.

I hate these flip flops I paid nearly $30 and they rub and make my skin so very sore. I presume due to the low grade rubber material they use, I tried to wear into them, for many days but the pain was so bad, I reckon these cost $4 to make each pair in china for sure. I even had to resort to wearing plasters everytime put them on, I will now have to purchase a high quality fabric material flip flop instead , as the old famous saying goes buy cheap buy twice

AVOID ORDERING FROM ON LINE STORE – Shocking customer service once they鈥檝e got your money. The flip flops arrived with disfigured straps, footbeds are different heights and the soles completely different. These are not a pair. No help from customer service, will not accept responsibility, just offered a 10% discount for future orders – there won鈥檛 be any future orders!!!

I鈥檝e only ordered once so far and all I can say is excellent service and products. After reading some of the reviews I was expecting problems, but honestly will be ordering again. UPS delivery within 4 days of placing order.
