Last year when I had to cancel due to covid19
you refunded me with no problem and getting refunds

They have a product with good coverage, including COVID-19 for those who hired after July / 2020, easy and quick to hire, and with a good price.
We never need to use it, but we checked several reviews from people who have used it and almost everyone was OK. The few who complained, it seems to me were cases of pre-existence.

Had a great person who as assigned to my organization. She was so helpful, always had an answer and if not would find it, she was empathetic and it was always a pleasure to speak with her. To me, she made the entire experience.

My wife and I took out annual travel coverage over a period of about five years. We never had to make a claim. However, we certainly valued the confidence that any emergencies would have been be covered.
Requests to Customer Service were always handled promptly and courteously.

my husband bought TOKIO insurance (Policy #:100005023), then that DAY at night he hurt neck during sleep, next day he went to doctor, told doctor being in pain since yesterday, but insurance would not pay medical visit bill, very rude, will continue fight!

We have never had a claim and so can offer no personal experience there. I gave top ratings because the plan offers us what we need at a reasonable cost. The website was easy to use, I did have a couple of questions which were quickly answered.

The reimbursement process is made for you to give up of asking it. I don鈥檛 recommend it and I wouldn鈥檛 renew my insurance with them!

Multiple international trips before the Covid Crisis and we purchased travel insurance through Tolio Marine for each one. Haven't had to access the coverage yet, but you have the right elements of coverage at a fair price, and the whole process of buying the insurance was very user friendly, and effecient. Thank you!

I did not feel like the insurance was being helpful or communicating with me about my options. I know the amount I paid was significant but I did not see it covering basic needs. Not impressed overall.

Horrible insurance. They never covered any of my Dr.鈥檚 visit and I had to pay everything out of pocket. Both of my visits using this insurance were ER visits. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Thank you very much HCC-MIS!! I started receiving the invoices from the different providers but then I submitted my insurance information and HCC took care of the cost of my surgery ..a big relief.

You guys never paid the medical bills, and now, 2 years later I鈥檓 still getting calls from the urgent care and from collectors to pay the bill you guys never paid.
