DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CONTACT INFO!!! Unless you want to change your phone number, email, and move your home address please avoid this awful site like the plague. You will be called, texted, and emailed several times a minute. Yes every minute. I have never had a worse experience online.

If I could omit stars I would. I was authorization by Molina to have hand surgery about 8 months ago when also diagnosed with pseudogout.Dr. Reid Abrams is my hand surgeon. It has caused severe arthritis in both hands and knees. Molina left UCSD, and we bought insurance thru Health Net. I went back to my hand surgeon who sent in a need for surgery to Health net, who denied it over the WEEKEND, and I heard of their denial at 3 30 pm Monday with surgery scheduled for Feb4th, 2020 at 7 30 the next day. The doctor appealed, I went to OT, who made a splint and said it would not help. The occupational therapist wrote a letter indicating surgery was the only option. I requested an expedited appeal. I got a letter saying a decision would not be made until March 14th. With the coronavirus tsunami coming, which they were aware of, that did me no good. So, when my knee surgeon Dr. Cidambi said I needed two full knee replacements due to bone on bone arthritis, they denied that too. The company denies everything. They said I needed PT. Now all surgeries have been cancelled by UCSD. So now I have no ability to get treatment at all. This company slow rolls every decision. There was no need to repeat this charade given the underlying pseudogout that causes the surgery combined with bone on bone arthritis in my knee. I am disabled with no options. This company is like nothing I've ever experienced. I jumped through every hoop, and they still didn't make a timely decision. They do not deserve to be carriers in the United States in my opinion.

Don't get a quote from here!!! I have over 60 calls in 1 day!! and text as well! Telemarketers calling me at 9PM central time. I regret so much asking for a quote with checking the reviews first. Never a gain a nightmare . Even though they said they never call that late. Also, make sure you read the fine print because apparently everyone is listed there. Just save your time and don't bother. About to switch my phone number if this don't stop.

I asked if I needed to go to the ear dr if it would be covered. I went to the ear dr for a cleaning it still cost me $588.00. This has never cost me that much. I am not happy.

I been paying faithfully on my insurance 238 dollars a month I had a gallbladder to go bad and had to have surgery they have given me the run around on paying my bill very frustrating

Too complicated, they give you endless transfers which take you nowhere and their website/app requires more account creation. Nothing is simple and the word gymnastics is insane.

You pretty much pay $150 a month to only get three doctor appointments with a copay of $30. Then after that you come out of pocket to reach your deductible before they cover anything else. So long to any other appointments you may have randomly needed or ever getting sick. All insurances are a scheme and just take your money. And don't bother call the benefits number. Only some know what they're talking about, they don't listen when you ask to speak to a manager, and the managers don't take calls even when it's necessary to escalate the call. They pass the buck to the representative… Anything for them to not have to take a call.

I feel I was not provided even close to the type of info regarding what my plan includes- which is virtually Nothing! I鈥檝e now accrued over $2,000 in bills I have to pay for completely out of pocket. Total disaster. Staff is not fully away of what they are actually selling. No good!

I feel that I received no help at all, the insurance product itself is less than desirable and offers such limited coverage it isn't worth having. I feel like I was not given any options and pushed into taking what the representative wanted to sell.

It seemed almost too easy. However, there was a broken link in the insurance plan I was trying to get, so I ended up going with a slightly more expensive plan solely because the link worked.
Also, since the date of purchase I've been bombarded with texts and calls about new rates and deals. I've opted out of the calls, but they keep coming (between 2 and 5 calls every day).

I'm not happy about the deception of the representative I spoke with during open enrollment I was suppose to get long term insurance to where I would not be penalized at tax time but once I got policy it was yet another short term policy why does insurance have to be so difficult and why is it so hard to get the right coverage
