Reply: I did contact you & received no response except on here. You also send way too many very long emails and life is too short to read! I have also received another P.O. card for another packet of tablets that I have not ordered & they want to charge 拢16 for shipping. Needless to say I won't be collecting them.

I require a refund I will be returning both products I will not try them. Steve if you cannot manage this company professionally and meet your customers reasonable expectations look at how many customers you are pissing off. I received items ordered from the uk at the same time as ordering your stuff.. they arrived bloody weeks ago.

In your response, you state that 鈥榚veryone in the UK knows you have to pay customs charges when importing personal goods鈥? You may like to know that when my original order was delivered, there was NO customs charge. Hence your statement is both incorrect as well as insulting.
You may also like to spell check your responses in future: you have typed 鈥榙eceive鈥?instead of 鈥榬eceive鈥? How very ironic.
(Below is my original review and it has not changed)
I agree with previous reviews which say this company is a SCAM.
My order in March was for 1 Super Joint Support and 1 Heal-n-Soothe (HNS). At the same time, I opted to receive a free sample of HNS with my order. These three items arrived safely.
At the time I placed the order, I understood from the website that 'Free Trial' of HNS meant a single item and that it would be free of charge. This means without payment. I did NOT opt for a 'subscription' whereby items would be sent to me on a monthly basis and charged to my credit card. There was no box to check to say that I had read and agreed to the terms of the free trial (unless it was carefully hidden somewhere….).
In the following month, April, I received another HNS, together with a demand from the Post Office for 拢20 (customs and handling fee) before it could be delivered. I thought it must be part of my original order so I paid it, but when it arrived I realised it wasn鈥檛 鈥?it was an addition which I had not ordered.
In May I received another notice from the Post Office saying that an item addressed to me could not be delivered until I had paid 拢16 in customs charges. I did not pay it this time and so did not receive the item. When I checked my credit statement to see what this item was, however, I saw that my card had already been charged $49.95 by the company for the April HNS and then a further $49.95 for the May HNS, neither of which I had ordered and one of which I had not received!
I have read the Trust Pilot reviews and HBI's responses. When I placed my order, the terms of the Free Trial offer were NOT presented at the point of sale 鈥榠n a clear and conspicuous way鈥?as HBI maintains, and there was NO box to tick regarding having read the terms of the offer 鈥?again as they maintain.
I am 74 years old 鈥?not a young spring chicken any longer and in this country (UK) considered to be part of a 鈥榲ulnerable鈥?section of society. Additionally, this age bracket is not typically 'savvy' when it comes to technology and/or language used by companies to essentially trap people into paying for unwanted goods. I thought English 鈥?whether American or UK 鈥?was a language common to both countries and did not require knowledge of criminal intent for interpretation purposes. It seems I was wrong.
I have asked for an immediate refund of $99.90 for the 2 HNS items I did not order plus a further 拢20 to cover the fee which I paid for the first one to be delivered. All that I have received so far is automated replies which do not, of course, address any of the issues raised.
My advice is: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 鈥?THEY TELL LIES AND THEIR INTENTION IS TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Heal-n-Soothe (HNS) does impact the immune system. Within 6 days of starting a minimal dose I had a severe skin rash which abatted when I stopped taking the product. One week later I started HNS again with same results. Beware! Could be a drug drug interaction. Could be allergies.

As soon as I canceled my 'automatic order', they quickly canceled it and didn't return my money. I can't get hold of them anymore. They just ignore my customer service emails.
They market mediocre products very aggressively and no, they don't care about you, they care about your money.
A disgrace to online marketing.

This indicates that the firm operates on a scam policy and their product should be avoided at all costs. Do not let them get hold of your credit card details at any cost. If I was in US I would take legal action. The Heal'n Soothe capsules had no affect and Paracetmol gave me greater relief.

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and was billed $220! I didn't find out about this until checking my card statement two months later. In the meantime I received 3 more bottles of the "Heal n soothe" which is nothing more than a placebo and was billed $52 for each additional bottle without my consent!
I called to cancel my subscription and asked for a confirmation email from the customer service rep who said I should be receiving an email within the hour and it never showed up. I tried this a second time a day later and the woman told me "a system sends out emails 鈥?not the reps themselves" and again no email.
I just called again to ask where my refund was as I have returned 2 bottles of the BS product over two weeks ago and still have not been reimbursed. "Shockingly", the woman I spoke to this time said "Oh, looks like it's right here we're just a little backed up." She ended up processing my return on the spot and helped me by sending an email ON THE SPOT as well.
It just goes to show these people are SCAM ARTISTS who LIE to and CHEAT people who have pain and are looking for a remedy. These people should be ashamed of their predatory behavior and the BBB or government should really be able to do something about it.
I don't want a reply from this "Steve, director of customer service."
The company is a SCAM!

I asked for some Heal'n'Soothe to try on my arthritis.
I did not set up an account..but..on April 3rd.2020 $100.29 was deducted from my account.
On May 3rd.2020 $82.63 was deducted. I do not even know what that was for.
My previous queries were not answered. So far $182.92 spent and still nothing received.
Please refund my payments and cancel this time consuming, shambolic and stressful experience.

This is my order:
Date Order ID Order Total Products Status Actions
April 17, 2020 2845638 $96.95 Heal-n-Soothe 庐
It has still not arrived.
Please refund and stop all further subscriptions.
Please DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I tried to cancel my subscription, because they keep charging me for the supplies I never received. I beg them for reimbursement without any luck.
So I decided to cancel my subscription. I have ordered $ 49 $49.95 $ 83,95
$ 68.95 $ 58.95 and I only have received one bottle of Heal-n-Soothe, that supposed to be free. And to be honest this Heal-n-Soothe didn't help me atoll
with my back-pain. I hope to get an honest reply from you.
