I never had any problems with this web site.
They have some good health products.

I have learnt that this company just wants to debit your credit card irrespective of whether you want the product or not. I ordered one promotional bottle and found myself signed up to a monthly program for $49.95 per month. I did not authorise this. My attempts to contact their office have been frustrating and lengthy. Unfortunately this type of questionable business practice is difficult to control.

Un-authorised withdrawals from my credit card. I never signed up to get charged $70+ /month. I've had to cancel my credit card and thanks for all the grief that goes with that!

James, Australia. Like others here I've been ripped off by this company. They have got hold of my credit card details and are now billing me about $AU70 each month for products I don't want and didn't order. I can see, from other reviews, how they operate the scam. I have now had to cancel my credit card and all attempts to contact the company have been met with silence. James Cook, Australia

This company are con merchants. I tried one bottle at a discounted rate & apparently that gives them permission to take nearly 拢50 from my credit card every month. For that I received one additional bottle that I did not ask for & I still had to pay 拢16 shipping. I have contacted my bank & cancelled regular payment & the bank are dealing with these scammers. I have complained but surprise surprise no response. If they were a credible company they wouldn't have to operate in this way. The feedback says it all. I have since received another notification from the Post Office that another parcel is waiting for my collection for 拢16. As I now know what this is I won't collect it & it will get sent back to them so they have to pay! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Reply: I did contact you & received no response except on here. You also send way too many very long emails and life is too short to read! I have also received another P.O. card for another packet of tablets that I have not ordered & they want to charge 拢16 for shipping. Needless to say I won't be collecting them.

Cannot believe I have been so taken in. Total absence of customer service. 2 months after initial purchase, I have not received my original purchase…2nd amount of $74 odd AUD Money taken, I ASSERT strongly that I did NOT tick any subscription authority. I do not ever agree to this crap so called marketing strategy.
I require a refund I will be returning both products I will not try them. Steve if you cannot manage this company professionally and meet your customers reasonable expectations look at how many customers you are pissing off. I received items ordered from the uk at the same time as ordering your stuff.. they arrived bloody weeks ago.

Not a trustworthy company to deal with. Scam, perhaps a bit strong but certainly dodgy. Took trial offer in April 拢79. plus 拢21 Custom Duty and Royal Mail charges. In May 拢41 taken from my account for items I was not aware I had ordered. I do not want these items, the trial offer did not improve my health at all. Now I cannot access my account with them to ensure these repeat transactions are cancelled. At my age I should have known better than take up such an offer, but the presentation was very convincing.

Took up their reduced price trial, for a single delivery. They have now charged me another 拢41.03 – and no further goods received ! UPDATE – I took this up with them, and they kindly refunded the charge for the goods not received and cancelled the 'subscription' that I was unaware of, so good customer service in the end.

scam company – have needed to try and stop payment with my bank – I have not given them the right to take money from my bank and have not ordered any further of their items. do not use this company – nothing but scams. Reply ** I agreed to one payment of one item – I did not agree to any further continual items or payments – why would I do that ? the item was unknown to me – how would I have known if it worked or not – to sign up to something forever and a day seems to me to be a very silly idea – nor did I expect to pay further money for tax/handling payments when / where did it say about this – I could not have had the item at all without paying this fee at the post office!!

Your response, Steve, is insulting, incorrect and unprofessional. Please refund $49.95 for the HNS sent to me in April, which I did NOT order. It was advertised as a FREE trial, so please refund the charge you have made for this FREE trial. I would also like a refund of the 拢20 customs charge I had to pay to receive it.

In your response, you state that 鈥榚veryone in the UK knows you have to pay customs charges when importing personal goods鈥? You may like to know that when my original order was delivered, there was NO customs charge. Hence your statement is both incorrect as well as insulting.

You may also like to spell check your responses in future: you have typed 鈥榙eceive鈥?instead of 鈥榬eceive鈥? How very ironic.

(Below is my original review and it has not changed)
I agree with previous reviews which say this company is a SCAM.

My order in March was for 1 Super Joint Support and 1 Heal-n-Soothe (HNS). At the same time, I opted to receive a free sample of HNS with my order. These three items arrived safely.

At the time I placed the order, I understood from the website that 'Free Trial' of HNS meant a single item and that it would be free of charge. This means without payment. I did NOT opt for a 'subscription' whereby items would be sent to me on a monthly basis and charged to my credit card. There was no box to check to say that I had read and agreed to the terms of the free trial (unless it was carefully hidden somewhere….).

In the following month, April, I received another HNS, together with a demand from the Post Office for 拢20 (customs and handling fee) before it could be delivered. I thought it must be part of my original order so I paid it, but when it arrived I realised it wasn鈥檛 鈥?it was an addition which I had not ordered.

In May I received another notice from the Post Office saying that an item addressed to me could not be delivered until I had paid 拢16 in customs charges. I did not pay it this time and so did not receive the item. When I checked my credit statement to see what this item was, however, I saw that my card had already been charged $49.95 by the company for the April HNS and then a further $49.95 for the May HNS, neither of which I had ordered and one of which I had not received!

I have read the Trust Pilot reviews and HBI's responses. When I placed my order, the terms of the Free Trial offer were NOT presented at the point of sale 鈥榠n a clear and conspicuous way鈥?as HBI maintains, and there was NO box to tick regarding having read the terms of the offer 鈥?again as they maintain.

I am 74 years old 鈥?not a young spring chicken any longer and in this country (UK) considered to be part of a 鈥榲ulnerable鈥?section of society. Additionally, this age bracket is not typically 'savvy' when it comes to technology and/or language used by companies to essentially trap people into paying for unwanted goods. I thought English 鈥?whether American or UK 鈥?was a language common to both countries and did not require knowledge of criminal intent for interpretation purposes. It seems I was wrong.

I have asked for an immediate refund of $99.90 for the 2 HNS items I did not order plus a further 拢20 to cover the fee which I paid for the first one to be delivered. All that I have received so far is automated replies which do not, of course, address any of the issues raised.

My advice is: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 鈥?THEY TELL LIES AND THEIR INTENTION IS TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

This is the statement for the Healthy Back website everyone should read and understand before ordering this product:

"*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

Heal-n-Soothe (HNS) does impact the immune system. Within 6 days of starting a minimal dose I had a severe skin rash which abatted when I stopped taking the product. One week later I started HNS again with same results. Beware! Could be a drug drug interaction. Could be allergies.

Please stay away from these thieves!
As soon as I canceled my 'automatic order', they quickly canceled it and didn't return my money. I can't get hold of them anymore. They just ignore my customer service emails.
They market mediocre products very aggressively and no, they don't care about you, they care about your money.
A disgrace to online marketing.

I have been using Heal'nSoothe for a few years now. It really helps with pain from inflammation. I have always found their customer service to be excellent. I suppose some of these poor reviews are covid-19 related. Give them a break, people! This company is not a scam, but are good people! I love their products!

I initially ordered this product and was willing to try it for a period but in Dec I sent a mail cancelling my order. This was not acknowledged and a repeat mail was sent on 03 March which was acknowledged and confirming that my order would be cancelled and that due to pressure of work the previous mail had not been read. This firm has continued to send out another three bottles and debating my card.
This indicates that the firm operates on a scam policy and their product should be avoided at all costs. Do not let them get hold of your credit card details at any cost. If I was in US I would take legal action. The Heal'n Soothe capsules had no affect and Paracetmol gave me greater relief.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and was billed $220! I didn't find out about this until checking my card statement two months later. In the meantime I received 3 more bottles of the "Heal n soothe" which is nothing more than a placebo and was billed $52 for each additional bottle without my consent!

I called to cancel my subscription and asked for a confirmation email from the customer service rep who said I should be receiving an email within the hour and it never showed up. I tried this a second time a day later and the woman told me "a system sends out emails 鈥?not the reps themselves" and again no email.

I just called again to ask where my refund was as I have returned 2 bottles of the BS product over two weeks ago and still have not been reimbursed. "Shockingly", the woman I spoke to this time said "Oh, looks like it's right here we're just a little backed up." She ended up processing my return on the spot and helped me by sending an email ON THE SPOT as well.

It just goes to show these people are SCAM ARTISTS who LIE to and CHEAT people who have pain and are looking for a remedy. These people should be ashamed of their predatory behavior and the BBB or government should really be able to do something about it.

I don't want a reply from this "Steve, director of customer service."

The company is a SCAM!

For the tenth time still with no reply.
I asked for some Heal'n'Soothe to try on my arthritis.
I did not set up an account..but..on April 3rd.2020 $100.29 was deducted from my account.
On May 3rd.2020 $82.63 was deducted. I do not even know what that was for.
My previous queries were not answered. So far $182.92 spent and still nothing received.
Please refund my payments and cancel this time consuming, shambolic and stressful experience.

I have tried to get in touch with the company, without any luck.
I tried to cancel my subscription, because they keep charging me for the supplies I never received. I beg them for reimbursement without any luck.
So I decided to cancel my subscription. I have ordered $ 49 $49.95 $ 83,95
$ 68.95 $ 58.95 and I only have received one bottle of Heal-n-Soothe, that supposed to be free. And to be honest this Heal-n-Soothe didn't help me atoll
with my back-pain. I hope to get an honest reply from you.

I've subscribed once to a free trial advertised on Facebook. Apart from the fact that I still haven't received the product, for the 3rd month in a row I've been debited without my consent.

I became in contact with this company and ordered some products. I then continued to receive products without ordering them and my account was debited accordingly without my consent. Not sure about this company something mysterious bout it so I have instructed my bank to make no further payments to this company.
Very dissatisfied customer.
