There was an issue with delivery of an order I had placed. I reached out to Healthy Kin with my concern. I received a prompt response from Dan. He sent out a replacement order. In the interim, I received the initial order. They were very kind, and told me to keep the replacement order vs. returning it. I will definitely be ordering from Healthy Kin in the future. Thank you!

Although I was notified that my HealthyKin order had arrived in my mailbox, it wasn't there when I checked 20 minutes later. The tracking became difficult because both UPS and USPS were involved and I, being ill and lacking the energy to pursue it, just gave up. However when I received a request to review the product, I shared my story with HealthyKin and was sent another one immediately, without my asking.

I did many hours of research for this best medical supply company in 2007 after my son was paralyzed in a car wreck. It was a new to our family as was all the supplies we would need to provide the best care for my son. I place multiple orders a year with Healtykin and as long as they are in business they will have mine and I will continue to share their information to everyone I meet that will also be needed a company they can trust and county on. Hands down one of the Best out there.

I purchased the PDI See Clear Lens Cleaning Wipes because they were advertised to eliminate the fogging up of ones glasses. That is not the case! My glasses fog up just as much with these cleaning wipes as the much cheaper brands. I was truly disappointed with my purchase… and I purchased three boxes of these wipes! They are great for cleaning ones glasses, but don't prevent the fogging issue.

So when the customer pays $80 for overnight shipping on a product I cannot just be bought at a normal store and you reach out to cancel the product because when you paid overnight shipping for a different company they actually " over night shipped it ". The order was still in the warehouse, it did NOTleave and they refused to let us cancel the order.

I have had the pleasure of being a Healthy Kin Customer for several years. I am not technically savvy at 88 years, but Dan Brown has been very helpful to me several times. The products I have ordered are received as described, with quick service and well packaged. I have always been informed of any delays or partial deliveries. My company ordered a rolling shower chair, once received we assembled to realize it was the wrong size. When we inquired about the different size we were told by Dan Brown that this product was not available in that size. After discussion with the manufacturer it indeed is. We requested return information. The product was new and never used. After assembly we had thrown the original box away thus had to repackage for the return in a different box. We received a message today that Dan is refusing our credit because the product was not it new condition which is a flat out lie, it was never used. We will never do business with this company again and I am disputing the charge.

I placed an on 6/21/2020 today is July 2nd and have yet received my order. The company has sent my order two times and both times the order has been returned back to sender because it's so damaged due to poor packing. I have requested a refund but was told no and that the company is attempting to send out my order again for a third time. I will never order from this company again. After I posted this review in retailation the company went on google and gave my company a bad review and emailed me this " Thanks for the 1 star review. We just left a 1 star review for your business as well. If you want it removed, you'll have to remove yours.

I am extremely pleased with my purchases from Healthy Kin. I have purchased medical wound care supply for a family member who lives in a different state and had no way of going to the store himself to purchase the items. I found the website while searching for items
he needed after his surgery and decided to try it. We were both very
pleased with the quality of the supplies as well as the affordability. The items arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to others.
