Healthysandals

I also made the mistake of not checking these products here.
I thought the product is not chinese crap, and I actually get it from the UK like what I see …
I waited almost 2 month for terrible, cheapest CRAP!
And now Anna Zriba communicates, "send it back to China" …
HealthySandals Uk does not exist, does not have a phone number and London address! And France and nowhere all over the world!
No one should order anywhere in the world from HealthySandals website, it's not 1 Star, it's minus!

Bought shoes from them, same issues as everyone else has mentioned, I was going around in circles. Since I purchased through paypal I could get a refund if I showed proof that I had posted back. I decided to spent almost $50 sending the 2 cheap and nasty pairs back to an overseas address and with proof of postage I could get the refund for shoes via paypal. Even though still out of pocket for return postage I'd much prefer to give money to australia post than this scamming business. (I had run out of time via paypal to claim postage return because whole process took so long) ALSO THE SHOES CAME BACK TO ME "RETURN TO SENDER"!!!

22 January I bought my shoes.
A month later no shoes and can鈥檛 seem to get a refund out of you???
Order 2464
Not good enough!

Oh wonderful, this morning I had an email saying that my refund has been done, you have been telling me this for a week, so not holding my breath and I also got an email saying my parcel is on its way!!! I want a refund!!!! It does not take a month to send a pair of shoes.

Another email. You can only cancel an order immediately after you ordered. For a week you have told me my order has been cancelled and you have refunded me. Buying from you has been a huge mistake!!!!

DO NOT ORDER THESE SANDALS. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE. IT IS A CHINESE SCAM COMPANY. I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND WAS STILL UNABLE TO GET A REFUND PAYPAL SIDED WITH THEM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. THEY SENT INFERIOR PRODUCT AND TOE PARAPHERNALIA THAT YOU CAN'T WEAR WITH THE SANDALS ANYWAY.

Followup from my previous review. After just under 500 emails sent to Healthysandals (Anna Zriba working as @kneekaps.uk )since 1st December I have finally received a refund. Shoes sent wrong size and imperfect which they requested had to be sent back to China for refund. I was determined not to give up which is what they no doubt hoped. Anna Zriba and her crew supply very poor quality sandals – not at all as advertised besides unwearable and will not refund unless you bash them daily with emails. Lovely website. Don't be fooled. Spread this widely please.

I was about to order these sandals but decided to do a review check first. I saw these sandals advertised on Healthsandal AU, based in ACT Australia. But when I checked the link on this page for Healthysandals, it is an exact replica. It seems this scam company has a toe dipped in different countries. I hope their own toes develop massive bunions very soon.

These sandals are excellent. Support my problem feet wonderfully. Would certainly recommend them.

I wish I could give less than one star – same as everybody else on here, ridiculously poor quality. The uppers are made of poor quality stiff plastic and the soles are really slippy!!!!!
Lesson learnt – check Trustpilot before buying anything!!!

Same experience as people below. I really wish I had looked at TrustPilot first. This is my second time being scammed by a Chinese company posing as UK/European based. I feel like a total fool, but this time the website was slick and looked totally legit–even had a UK address/phone number as the contact information. When I went to order, a notification popped up saying that due to high volume of orders, the sandals could take up to 2 weeks to deliver. That didn't seem unreasonable to me. But now I know it was a lie. It took 2 weeks because they were sent from China.

The sandals are cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures or the video ad (which features an American woman describing her success with easing her bunion pain with these sandals). The sandals I received look like they came from the dollar store and don't even fit my feet because I assume they are made for women with tiny feet, such as perhaps you might find in……China.

Have had no response from company about my returning the sandals. Should have known that 拢60 sandals marked down to 拢25 was too good to be true. Looks like I'm out 拢25. Wish there was a way to warn more people about this company. I hope others think to check TrustPilot first.

I just received these sandals and what a joke. I cannot believe I fell for this product's fancy website. It is a complete false advertisement with claims these shoes can never fulfill. There is no arch support, no way that this shoe can fix a bunion condition and it is made of the lowest quality, foul smelling materials that are so stiff that it would be impossible to walk in and I can only see that they would only be good for swating flies. Also included is a bunion correction kit of low quality straps and silicone shoe fillers that are not mentioned in the ad and are just put in to justify the claim. Also beware… the phone number provided is constantly busy and the address provided shows up on a hiway overpass. If you ordered these shoes, contact your credit card company and provide the evidence for fraud and misleading information. They will take action and you can get your money back by reversing charges.

I bought a pair of sandals from Healthy Sandals. They are cheaply made. The sole is an inch and a half piece of unbendable foam; the top is a very thin piece of faux leather.
They wouldn't let me cancel the order 2 days later. They finally said I could return them but I had to pay postage — about $25.00 — which is almost the cost of a pair of shoes worth $10.00 at most.
Thus is the biggest scam I've seen in a long time.

If you paid by debit or credit card, get in touch with your provider. If you can prove that you've been scammed, picture of what was purchased, what you received plus any email conversation thread etc. They can get your money back for you. Credit card and debit card companies don't take too kindly to companies that use there platform to defraud people.

Healthysandals is a total scam. The sandals I received look nothing like those in the photos on the website. They are poorly constructed out of cheap plastic while the photos show leather uppers on the sandals. I got a recorded message when I called (as I suspected I would) that stated no one was available to take my call. Also I do not expect their customer service to ever respond to my email. Yet one more scam out of China, but one that went to extraordinary lengths with their graphics in order to fool the public. Learned my lesson and will never again buy from an independent unknown seller on line.

A complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sandals arrived and the quality was dreadful. Requested a refund and after an exchange of emails I was asked to return to an address in Morocco. Once again, do not use this company!!!!!

This is a scam company operating from China. If it were possible to give 0 stars this is what I would award to this company. The shoes that have arrived are a cheap tacky imitation. There is nothing of these shoes that is rightly orthopedic and I have seen similar low quality crap in the market.
They arrived from China in a grey plastic bag, no box for protection. I have been trying to get a refund but the customer service is no good at all.
The telephone number given on the website is incorrect and on closer inspection it is not even a London number so can't possibly match the address given.
I guess I have been scammed and should have taken more care before ordering.

DO NOT BUY from healthysandals.ca or healthy sandals.com. They are the same company. They say they are based in Canada or the US, but this is clearly untrue. The package comes in a gray plastic bag with a Chinese address on it. Good luck getting any refund because you have to send it back and the cost is probably going to be more than the price of the shoes, and then they most likely won't return your money because they are scammers. This address looks a lot like the one for Rosegal and Shien, two other websites with false claims of quality clothing that does not deliver. I can't believe I fell for this. Check EVERY company on Trustpilot and if it isn't on this website, go to their refund policy and then you'll figure out that it's another Chinese company pretending to be legitimate. It's almost impossible to order anything on line in Canada anymore unless they have a recognizable name like Old Navy or Sketchers etc. The real down side for me other than blowing my money on a cheap, cancer smelling pair of crap sandals, is I really thought that this was a good idea and would help with the painful foot problem I've been having.
