I cant recommend Hearsource highly enough. They provide the very latest in hearing aid technology at a very reasonable price – much lower than brick and mortar stores. And they know their stuff! They will take the time to get your devices sounding exactly the way you want them.

I purchased a set of ReSound hearing aids from HearSource about two months ago. At first I was hesitant to purchase hearing aids from an online vendor. After speaking to them on the phone I became secure in the knowledge that these people were pro's. I bought my aids from them and have absolutely enjoyed their competency and support.

I can not say enough about their prompt and excellent professional service during my trial period. When I needed answers about the hearing aids or when I needed technical support for fine-tuning they connect to my hearing aids remotely through my iPhone and make adjustments to my hearing environments programs. They were always courteous and there when I needed them. No waiting for scheduling an audiologist or travel time spent to an office!

When I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase new hearing aids, they were the obvious choice. I purchased Widex Evoke 40 hearing aids. The hearing aids have performed perfectly. The HearSource pricing is much lower than my local hearing aid office. Their support and service has been excellent.

Talked to the sales rep at HearSource. I submitted my hearing test and called them to discuss. They walked me thru the process to pick the best hearing aids for my needs. Very friendly. Received my hearing aids in just a few days. Once I received my hearing aids they video chatted with me to fine tune them. Now I'm good to go. Never realized how much I was missing.

I found hearsource.com online when comparison pricing the Widex Evoke 440 Fusion 2 hearing aids my local audiologist was quoting for just over $5000 unbundled (I would still pay for follow-ups)

After several visits with my local audiologist that required me to take time off work, drive to her office, and then wait in the waiting room for 5-20 minutes before being seen. I decided to try Hearsource.com to save me on purchase price, time for appointments (they have an app that is like Uber for hearing aid programming), and cost of follow-up visits. They are a licensed Widex dealer (look up Manan hearing technologies in Bainbridge, Indiana), so my online purchase came with full Widex warranty.

The only downside is that they can't physically adjust things for me, like helping me change ear domes or receiver wires, or doing real ear measures, but the pluses are still good enough for me. I am 10 days into my purchase and have had two follow video consults with the Widex remote care app (using the programming loop they included in the price of my purchase).

My local audiologist will service HA I purchased online, but I haven't needed to go that route and pay for that service since the lifetime service hearsource.com has included as been great so far. I will post another review down the road.

My son referred me to HearSource.com as I needed to replace my older hearing aids. I purchased Widex Evoke 440 hearing aids at their recommendation based on my hearing loss and needs from HearSource. They shipped them to me, I had them in my possession within 3 days of my order. That was much quicker than I had received my original hearing aids from my local hearing aid office previously. They were almost perfectly programmed to my hearing loss. At their request I called them notifying them that the hearing aids had arrived safely. HearSource connected to my hearing aids thru my iPhone for some fine tuning sound adjustments. I have never heard this well.

I highly recommend both HearSource and Widex hearing aids.

And by the way, I saved about $3,000 getting my hearing aids from HearSource compared to my local hearing aid office. I really could not be happier.

I am so so glad that I did. My hearing aids arrived at my home within about 4 days (that is faster than my last set from my local audiologist did), and they fit wonderfully. I put a battery in them and started wearing them immediately. Wow, they were great.

Recently purchased a set of hearing aids from Hearsource.com. Transaction was normal and timely.The hearing aid cost less than half what my local hearing aid office quoted me. The best part was the follow-up care and programming that I received. They remotely programmed my hearing aids for me via my internet connected computer. Brilliant!!! My hearing aids are PERFECT!!!!!

I was quoted over $5,000 for a set of hearing aids by my local audiologist. I took their recommendation and went home to think it over. Went to my local hearing aid office where I had purchased my hearing aid 7 years ago with an issue. My hearing aid had static in it. My local office said that I needed a new set of aids costing me over $4000. I sent my hearing aid into HearSource and they fixed for $200. It took them about 10 days including shipping both ways. I am very happy and will recommend HearSource for hearing aid repairs when hearing aid are out of thieir manufacturer warranty period. My hearing sounds as good as new!

They have repaired both of my Beltone hearing aids for me now. Excellent service! Sent them in and had them back in less than week. WAY less than my local Beltone office had quoted me. In fact my last aid the guy at Beltone told me that my hearing aid could NOT be repaired. HearSource repaired it without hesitation. Saved me thousands since I didn't have to buy a new hearing aid. Highly recommend.

They received my hearing aid on Aug 14, today is Sep 6 and nothing done. I paid $49 more for "rush service" and paid more for Fed Ex shipping. They don't return phone calls and just don't care. Do not use this service, total frauds.
