As an up and coming designer I looked up to this brand in terms of marketing and presentation. To read these reviews definitely made me double think of the dress I was going to purchase. It's one thing to have a few negative reviews but the fact that the ones that say "amazing" and then nothing matches to what others are saying, seems to me like it's purely fabricated. And people may not like the fabrics or not be informed on what is considered good fabric is one thing, but the lack of customer service that I see here truly inspires me to never treat my future customers in this manner. Glad I read this, before purchasing. I don't know why people rush into something just for gain. Hope you do better and connect with your customers more.

Was really looking forward to a beautiful dress for my formal. Ordered an extra small which is my normal size and it came in looking like something I would have put on an American Girl doll. Tried to return to get a different size since they don't give refunds and no one will contact me and I've tried everything. Very upset and disappointed. Save your money and your time.

I wish I looked up reviews before placing order. Two months have passed and I still hasn't received my order. Customer service replies to my emails after at least a week and just apologizes and tell me they're looking into it. Unfortunately I paid using afterpay which I won't use anymore as they have been dragging as well and every time I call they say they escalated the issue. At one time a rep suggested I file police report. I will be disputing afterpay charges for this order with my credit card company. Worst experience. Stay away! You're lucky if you're reading this review before you order.

* I just filed a complaint with BBB. I encourage others that had same issues as me to do the same. They need to pay for their consequences of scamming innocent people.

Never received my order. Tried contacting customer services several times. Then finally reached them over social media and basically told me they can't refund me. Scam scam scam!

More than 30 days. Still no updates. No product. No response to myself. No response to after pay. I want to cane Eli this order and have my account refunded. This is a horrible company. It's should be closed by the better business bureaus. Do not order. Read the reviews. I wish I had of.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this "company". Order placed on Jan 6 and my credit card was promptly charged. I then received an email that the shipment was created. And that is all that was done, printed out a shipping label. The tracking number says "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." It has not been updated since Jan 6. I have sent 4 emails via FB, their "customer service" on their website and emails with no response from anyone. My last email was to request a cancel of the order and refund of the payment, since it has not shipped yet. I have yet to hear back from them. Do not waste your time nor money with this company.

Seems like a poorly run half attempted fashion start up. Style reminds me of debs everything is cut really weird too. Overcharging for basic, boring, poorly made stuff and the owner seems to harass people which makes sense someone who thinks corsets and 2000s low riders is mid end fashion would do. On another note, if you're looking for like costume stuff you don't really need to wear anywhere and you can't find the outdated style anywhere else the mesh they use isn't half bad it's just every other part of the item that's cheap.

So many problems with this company I don't know where to start.

– Extremely cheap quality material. Something you could easily buy off of fashion nova (they carry the same styles) for a fraction of a price.
-inconsistent sizing.
– non existent customer service.
– owner is a liar, she told me if I removed my review she would refund me my money and send me a return slip (they charge for returns and a restocking fee totally $25). I told her I'd remove my review once I got the slip and my money. She sent me the slip and I sent back my item but I never received my money! After months of not answering they send me a STORE CREDIT of $35 for an item I paid over $80 for.
– THEY ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Do not shop here if you want a quality product and a business with integrity. The owner Hailey was absolutely no help and knows she's stealing from her customers. This store is a SCAM.

This company is complete BS. I bought a dress and paid $80-$110 with shipping and it was beautiful on the model! I receive it (2 months later) and it's made with $5 material. It's supposed to be a corset and it's flemzy (doesn't even squeeze you) and the bra area is as thin and flemzy as bathing suit pads. So ridiculous.

I ordered items last month and emailed them various time. They never shipped me any of the items nor bothered to refund me my money. Also, not sure why does it take over 2 weeks for them to write an email. Never shopping with them again! Worst online shopping experience ever… so trash!

The owner was helpful. She assisted me with an order of 3 dresses and silk masks and a lounge set.

They took two month to send two items and they only send me oneeee after begging them for months and that one product was extremely ugly and disappointing, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they have no idea how to run a business.

WOW. Heiress has better quality than any other brand I've ever shopped at. Quick shipping and the fabrics are very luxurious. Highly recommend them.

Hailey Weiner is a narcissist who goes by the Instagram *******@hailwein and has stolen from everyone. She owns and is the sole responsible owner legally for SHOP MUSE CLOTHING LLC. It is limited liability but obviously she has scammed people and gone by different aliases. Just screenshot everything and get a lawyer. Muse now goes by

Muse owns and operates Heiress. They are tied legally and both operated under the corporation. Every clothing item here was stolen designs from real designers and has made multiple false claims about celebrities wearing the clothing. It has also manufactured through cheap alibiba manufacturing and through Muse was simply dropshipping mostly from Chinese sweatshops.

I'm reading some reviews about how this woman suggested that she would sue you. No one works here, it's literally just Hailey Weiner. She can't sue you for insulting her in DM's or requesting answers for bad service.

Her mother is named Elissa Davis and is a founding partner of SRD Legal Group and is a lawyer. That is why Hailey Weiner thinks her business is so safe even when she harasses innocent customers.

Hailey probably uses other people's designs because she has no creativity and is obsessed with money to fuel her fragile ego. She buys likes, followers, and is just a failure even when it comes to her claimed social engagement. It's actually kinda sad but still create a legal case against her just because she is a thief and can be held liable even with her mother in corporate law.

Hailey also writes her own articles. Every article published is basically her writing it and lying. She has not made millions from her scams. Thousands, Yes. If you sue her she will claim bankruptcy because she is more poor than what she is revealing and would not be able to give up any money even with mommy defending.

The saddest part of this story is that she doesn't care about the sweatshop labour she's using, the stealing of designs she does, or how she robs her customers. Every cent she makes goes to overpriced meals to make her feel worth something. It's sad because her mother is probably a narcissist too, they think that it's ok to hurt people. She laughs at you when she spends your money.

Basically everything is on fashion nova and cheaper. This is not from beverly hills. All from china. Nothing is an original design. The girl is a fraud. Check out catwalk connection, too. None of her brands are high end it's all a rip off. Bought the corset dress to see if at least it's good like the reviews. Nope. That one didn't have any pics with models. She only sends the decent clothes to influencers and the rest are so $#*!ty. It's too short and transparent and the middle slit is above my V and I'm only 5'7". And the chest area was only sized for a DD and it was supposed to be a corset. Absolutely horrible. I'm not at home otherwise I'd attach a photo.

The designs are stolen and not original. I talked to the CEO because I had to complain to my bank and open a case up on her company. She was curious how I got her number. My bank is so on my side with this one. I even had one of the people on Instagram get sassy with me because I did buy something when it was in Stock and then they said that it was pre-ordered and that's why it took a whole month a whole friggen month for them to tell me UPS lost it and those were pre order and they can either send those or give me store credit which was FAKE they never sent me an email for it. Review continued: I am being blackmailed by this company and I'm actually pressing charges. Hailey told me to delete my reviews before she refunds me which is a federal offense. She also said I can't do anything "look up who her family is" I'm gonna do a class action lawsuit. I will be looking for others who have been through the same to take heiressbeverlyhills down. Exciting. I believe this is a very strong case & my bank agrees.

Absolutely amazing site, quality is unlike any other brand. Have purchased one of everything I love it all so much.

They make pre-shipping labels to cover up poorly timed shipping. Too expensive for this poor of service. Have to open up like two disputes over pants don't bother buying from them.
