I ordered on the US website my mistake. I had previously ordered some items and paid in Aus dollars so I was able to get the exchange rate. The US dollars are the same as the Aus prices and when you are charged there is no conversion. My bank told me it was up to the site to adjust the prices. I cannot get a hold of anyone for the US site. I think it is a scam and I was ripped off by paying the same price in US dollars. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card and sending the order back as soon as it arrives. Bad business practices.

I am a frequent customer at Hello Molly. The delivery is always fast and shopping is always a pleasure since they have the cutest clothes! The customer service is amazing! I was having troubles with my credit for the store so I emailed Hello Molly and within hours, Frankie responded. She was so helpful and even gave me directions if this situation was to ever happen again.

This brand is absurdly low quality. The stitching is awful, bits of fabric are uneven and look like off cuts. The material smells weird….

Not to mention the tag was already off one of the dresses when it arrived – because the label is stitched on so poorly it fell off.

So about 2 months ago I ordered two dresses from Hello Molly, I got my first one after 2 weeks which I was not complaining about at all, but my second dress never came. Now I wouldn't be this upset if it was just any dress, but this dress was for my college graduation, and since that's delayed until further notice I didn't make a fuss out of it hoping it would still come in. I messaged the site TWICE. At first they told me it was getting on the next flight over to me, which I was satisfied with, and after another 2 weeks I messaged again for an update and Boom. I get a message saying "it was lost in transit, they will refund me". I'm sorry but I didn't want a refund, I made that known, I just wanted my dress that I've waited 2 months for, but they didn't accept that answer, so a refund it was. Needless to say, I'm super upset, no graduation dress, and 2 months was definitely not worth the wait.

They have beautiful clothes and a great return policy. When an item arrived defected, the customer service was spectacular in assisting me with the issue.

I will continue to shop at Hello Molly and recommend everybody to shop here.

Frankie is awesome. I鈥檝e had a couple of issues with hello molly and both issues are being resolved.

A duplicate order was processed and Frankie sent a prepaid label to send back the duplicate package as well as a full refund once the package is received.

I would recommend hello molly!!!

Ula was incredibly quick and kind when I needed to know how to check if I got my store credit after returning a dress! Have ordered twice from Hello Molly and the first time dress fitted perfectly, was just lovely, customer service exceptional. And even though second order did not suit my needs I still can鈥檛 complain as the return policy is really easy and I could get some store credit money back (which I can鈥檛 wait to use for some beautiful winter collection!). I ordered 2 items late yesterday afternoon, and just before I left to go to work it arrive at my door the next morning. Very happy with how quick my order came, in time for the weekend. LOVE LOVE my outfit!! Such a big range of outfits to choose from. 13/10 would shop again.

We ordered a dress in plenty of time for an upcoming event. The dress, once it was received, was clearly defective – gaping hole in the side about 4-5 inches long in the seam. Hello Molly would not send a replacement dress – they would only send a replacement once the original had been received back to them. There will not be enough time to send and receive a new dress. I do not want to purchase a second dress in the interim because they will not refund the cost of the original dress – only give future purchase credit. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE IN THE FUTURE!
