Colours of printed materials did not match the proof and customer service team kept telling me I was wrong over and over again. That is not how you treat a customer.

Arrived 3 days late despite paying for next day delivery, colour was wrong which meant the branding made no sense, quality wasn't great either.

Tried to complain but their website keeps crashing.

Ordering easy, delivery was excellent, packaging OK, print quality good apart from and artwork overprint error. Hello had several opportunities to notice this error non-moreso than on press where the technician should have seen this. However, they must be told to turn a blind eye continue with the job and keep the press running. It happened on three similar jobs and wasn't picked up on any occasion. I understand it was an artwork error but surely a printer of any value should be on the lookout for these types of issues. Sadly they would not budge and so from this experience I will continue with my exisiting suppliers.

Dreadful. Quality is awful. Image and wording on the leaflet is blurry, despite the image being approved. The leaflets have been cut poorly and you can see the outside edging. I would give no stars if possible, though they did arrive as expected, so I guess that is something.

Luckily I had a spare batch printed somewhere else which is far superior quality, but this order has essentially been money down the drain as I won't be able to use them.

I would avoid and we definitely won't use again.

Do not use them!

I ordered two products to arrive in time for an event on Wednesday. One did not arrive on time. I spoke with them and they said it had been delayed and was not going to arrive until Thursday. I wasted time complaining with them and was told that the most they could offer was 10% off the product. They were in breach of the Sale of Goods Act and did not seem to give two hoots about the hassle they created for me. I will never use them again!

The 1 star maybe somewhat generous.

The helloprint website looks fantastic and we genuinely thought we had found a company we could do a lot of work with.

Ordered some aluminium printed signs to setup some demo displays, order came quickly and looked well packaged. Once opened the panels where far from flat and a some of the corners were significantly bent.

By the far the biggest issue we have is despite the images being sent as rgb 0,0,255 the colour of the print is without doubt dark purple, messaged and emailed and no solutions on what we can do to resolve the issue.

Overall hugely disappointed by a company that looked so good on the website but ultimately failed at the final hurdle.

Shocking service. Internet chat system is broke. I ordered something then contacted their staff to make a simple change to the order. I was assured it was done and my order would be delivered as requested. The order came wrong and when I contacted them I was told I would be sent out what I wanted as it was their mistake. 2 weeks later I鈥檓 still waiting so I messaged them again to be ignored all day. The day after I contacted AGAIN to have a few responses then ignored again. Absolute joke.

Recently ordered some window stickers from them but I was unaware that the graphics needed to be reversed.

I contacted them straight away to tell them but they refused to change it.

Worst customer service, avoid them!

I have used HelloPrint for almost all of our marketing material and cannot think of any complaints so far. I have ordered posters, leaflets, flyers, canvas prints and business cards, all of which have arrived with the perfect print quality and with a very quick turnaround. I regularly use the live chat for any queries I have and have always received a quick and efficient response from the team, who have always been happy to help. I ordered leaflets in the wrong size on one occasion (no fault of theirs, my own mistake) and HelloPrint even provided me with a discount code to re-order them in the correct size. No problems whatsoever, would 100% recommend.

Horrendous customer service. I placed an order for some leaflets and the print quality was disgraceful. So I raised a concern. Cue hours and hours of my time being wasted whilst a 'Senior Customer Service' agent made repeated requests for photo evidence. I supplied photos, but they weren't in the correct light. So I supplied more – they weren't quite right. So I supplied more – they demanded different ones.A complete and utter waste of my time, during which I was made to feel like I was trying to con them. (I wasn't – the order was only worth 拢26).In short – AVOID at all costs – there are far better print companies out there. This is an amateur operation.

Not happy with their services. Recently received my Beach Flag and was very excited for the results.

Uploaded my own design, and after having contact with them back in forth, we finally had a final design.

Once received, it looked 鈥渙k鈥? However, I took it out of its package as I wanted to use it, awful. The flag doesn鈥檛 even fit on the pole they provided with it, and two the quality is rubbish. Straight in the bin as they don鈥檛 offer any services once the product is finalised although, not satisfying my expectations.

Having contact with their customer service is also a complete waste of time. Having the audacity to offer me a 10% discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill they said.

Don鈥檛 order your products from here. You鈥檝e been warned! Don鈥檛 waste a penny on them.

Terrible customer service despite incorrect product being sent.

I order 2 poster boards with the height and width accurately provided, the file sent also had exactly the same orientation. At the request of hello print the original file was later sent to them and proof sent back in the correct orientation, however the end product had the dimensions rotated 90 degrees. I was happy to accept these with a reasonable concession on future order but very little was offered and the tone of the response completely dismissive.

Very disappointed.

Both super Customer Service and top product quality!

I ordered two foldable brochure racks on HelloPrint website for coming events we will attend over Europe with my company. The quality is very good, and the product itself super well-thought if you need, like our company, to bring it to different events and travel with. This is practical and easy to use. The company makes a good product selection!

Besides the product quality, I would like to thank the customer service which is very reactive, helpful and polite. They gave me all the information I needed before and after ordering. I especially thank Jolien for the super advises and for the quality of the replies. Super thanks for your help!

I definitely recommend this company and will order again for future needs!

Really impressed with the service from these guys – they checked my design, gave advice, altered a bit that I asked them to and the products arrived within a week of ordering. Easy ordering process, great communication and quality products. Thank you, I will be ordering again.

I agree, don't waste your time. I uploaded a file from Excel and they sent me proofs which looked exactly like my amateur ideas from the excel sheet.
I asked them to make changes but they said no.
They make sure they have your money before they start design work ie immediately, then when you cancel the order because it looks so bad, they make you wait anything between 3 and 10 days to make the refund.
Thanks to them, my opening will be without flags.

Created my business card design – got "lost" and couldn't proceed to order…so wasted all that time creating something that now effectively can't print.

I ordered 6 tshirts of the best quality. 5 on the 6 tshirts that I recieved have big traces of glue. I lost 120鈧?and my time. I wrote them 3 emails, but they never replied me.
Never again. NOT a serious company.

Broken promises and woeful communication

A great price but the delivery is now three days late and still no information on delivery. The printed material has time-limited value so deeply disappointed. Ben also promised to call back but nothing, even when chasing all we get is that they are in contact with the delivery company. Customer service and extra mile effort when there are issues is just simply not there – a reduction in the invoice amount cannot compensate when significant sums have been committed to an event. If you need something by a set deadline then best to avoid.

This is an excellent company to trust all your printing matters with. The website is easy to use, the service is fast and good. And last, but not least, the prints sharp and as wished for. Highly recommended!
